It's May 2015.

The Facts; We have a 40' motor home we're into our 4th month "Full Timing" touring the USA. We scheduled an oil & filter change and replace a few battery cables on a "bank" of four batteries; all are connected. Let the experts deal with the cable replacements and cleanup of acid buildup.

Pros; Did great job on oil/filter change!

Cons;Did poor job on reassembly of cables! Specifically placed the "Inverter/Charger Cable" on wrong terminal & battery!

We discovered this mistake (10 hours later) is "Electric/Electronics Basics 101" knowledge. Which may have easily "Fried" one battery (the tech misreconnected the Inverter cable to) fortunately we simply disconnected the main power (land) and all interior fuses before we went to sleep that night. Too bad the Company won't fess up to the error.

Conclusion; Our objective? You beware of this particular section (Electrical) from this particular store! Also, perhaps Camping World of Burlington can avoid this boo boo next time with their Techs!
