After our first trip we had to have several things fixed. They had the coach 7 weeks. After the second trip another trip to Camping World for more repairs. This time 5 weeks have passed and they have just asked Thor for permission to order the parts. This is the time of the year to use the coach. Instead it sits u touched for weeks on their lot. Buyers beware !

Still do not have our trailer!! Seems nobody wants to hear from me any longer!

I have spoke to numerous reps and still no resolve! The latest incident is the parts they received were damaged in shipping. Now when I call everyone passes the buck, all I hear is how they went out of their way to get it fixed at no charge, well guess what folks, at first we were delighted to hear this but 4 months later all we have are excuses as to why it is not fixed. We have also paid 180 dollars a month in storage fees because each month we were told it was coming back, if we knew it was sitting there 4 months we could have saved the storage fees!!

Bottom line is, 4 months later we have no trailer and I don’t think anyone really cares. Yesterday the manager of the Service Department “George” asked me to drop this open case because it makes it difficult for him to communicate with me. That’s what he claims!! We said, no way!!

This is our fourth Passport travel trailer and we have never had an experience getting repairs like the ones we are having with this Camping World!! I want to speak directly to the CEO who claims he really cares about his customers and he actually advertises to call him with problems, send me his number or have him call me so I can enlighten him to what is going on.

I filled this out a few weeks ago and received a few calls, one from Shawn, one from a George and one from our Service Tech in Avondale AZ. All promising to have our travel trailer correctly repaired and returned Monday August 17, guess what folks? It’s been there three months now and Monday has come and gone and CJ called today to tell me the parts they received would not correct the problem! More excuses! So how long before somebody fixes the travel trailer? Do we need to involve the State Attorney General and the local news teams, I honestly don’t know what it will take? Once again our trailer is sitting in the parking lot at Avondale Camping World and nothing has changed, lots of empty promises!

Traveled 120 miles to get these chairs manager told us they never came In and he did not know if they ever would. No substitution was offered. This was the Palo Verde store In Tucson. Came in to look at pop-up model, JJ showed us the hybrid which better meets our needs. My son is looking for a 5th wheel and my wife FaceTimes my son and JJ showed different models. Exceptional customer service and willing to honor the price until my son comes into town.

I bought a toy hauler from camping world Avondale on approximately 6 15 2016 brought home two days later air conditioning quit working I have called their service department multiple occasions left several voice messages they were supposed to contact me and just let me know what to do a week later still no phone calls so I ended up contacting another RV dealer here in Phoenix and they advise me on what to do to get the AC working so as others have said once the sale is done Camping World will not interact with you whatsoever

What I forgot to mention in the post about my toy hauler was the sales department Second To None best experience ever but service they refuse to have any interaction with you once the sale is done

Camping World Rv Repair Review from Phoenix, Arizona

Me and my family purchased a used toy holler from the camping world in Avondale Arizona about a year and a half ago, we have had every problem known to mankind with it. I had my brakes inspected by a different RV place today and they told me that the brakes on my trailer were completely unsafe and then I put my family in danger towing it the way it was. I asked camping world to check the brakes when we bought it because ther was a wire hanging not connected to anything they told me that they were extra wires. Today the place checking my brakes told me that I never had brakes on that side of the trailer EVER, I called to see if they would do anything and they basically told me to kick rocks. I will never set foot in a camping world again and my next purchase will be from a competitor

Camping World in Phoenix, Arizona - No clue

I just bought a used 2013 Georgetown 377 10,000 miles from Camping World Syracuse, NY. I will never understand how you can sell a product you now nothing about these people ar useless right up to the sales Manager. I offered $9000 below what they were asking, the sales manager pulls a rookie move and says he was insulted by my offer. I replied I don't know you from Adam so why should I trust you. Long story short they promised to make sure everything is in proper working order before its delivered to me. The PDI was a joke, they handed me over to Phil, not to bang the poor guy but I knew more about this RV then he did. Anyway I got it home to my mechanic who had to spend an additional $1500 to get it in shape, LP sensor was shot, grey water sensor shot, hot water heater barely working, they promised all new batteries, not done, they were suppose to detail it, was filthy upon delivery. If I didn't have to drive 5hours to pick it up I would have left it there. They are ***.
