Went to CW store in Wilsonville Oregon to purchase a Dish tripod for our RV. The item was in the sale email that I received that morning.
Spent first 25 minutes waiting for sales associate to search warehouse with no luck. Then asked to speak to a manager which took another 10 minutes because she was on the phone with an angry customer. After patiently waiting in the doorway for her to finish with the call I was told that their internet was down and that they could not find the part number. That meant that we drove over an hour to the store and couldn't even find out if there was another store along our route to purchase the item.
From now on we will wait until we are at a campground for more than a day and order from Amazon.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service... Gary Vaughan
