Placed a multi-thousand dollar order on The day the order should have arrived, I still had not even received my shipping confirmation.

A call to customer service promised a call back. No call back was received. Another call to customer service, and I was told the person I needed to talk to was busy and can't talk to me, but they would call. With this going into its second week, there is now no way for the products to get to me on time.

The credit card transaction was confirmed by my bank on day of the purchase, so there is no issue there. My gut feeling is they sold out and are trying to hold out until replacement product arrives. Yet the web site still shows product being in stock. What a farce.

The person at camping world that could clear this up could probably do so in 2 minutes.

Well, I can see where customers stand at Fortunatlely, the charge in on my CC so it can be cancelled and I can buy the product locally.
