I like our camper but the process was way to long. We had no trade in but took 5 hours to complete the paper work on the day of pick up. My husbands name was spelled wrong on every paper so all had to be reprinted. Service after the sale is the worst! If it’s not written in their computer system then you did not call 20 + times with no response. I would not recommend camping world! I was and am very disappointed in the business they are running and their lack of customer service after the sale.

When they say they will call you right back ...a week has passed. They say your xtended warranty was declined..when it wasnt submitted.! The worst service!!!

Camping World of TAMPA sold us a used Coleman 5th Wheel with miss matched tires on it. Spare Tire was a NYLON BELTED tire that can NEVER be mixed with STEEL BELTED TIRES, not in ANY emergency. Picked the trailer up after purchase and brought it home 60 miles away, new truck, new trailer, drove slow to feel new package out. No problem. Bought trailer to move back west and that was expressed significantly during the whole purchase process. Loaded trailer with possessions evenly distributing weight properly and knowing I was not anywhere close to Gross Vehicle Weight. Check air pressure on all 8 tires. Leave on journey and get 22 miles before right front tire blows and tears up the side of our newly bought trailer. I change tire to the spare. I make it less than 5 miles when BOTH right side tires blow and destroy the side of the trailer. I find out after looking at the tires and I find 3 of the Adventurer Trailer tires were of the same make and one odd make tire. Two Adventurers on the right side and one on the left rear with the off make on Front left. I figure the previous owner already had a blow out, thus the newer odd make tire. The SPARE being a NYLON BELTED Tire could not handle the weight the steel belted tire can and it explodes taking the second adventurer tire out with it. Less than a 150 miles and two major blow outs on a major interstate. We buy 4 New Goodyear tires, drive the trailer to CAMPING World of TAMPA and they won't even listen, they try and pass blame on me and defend their "AS IS" policy. I sure wish I would have done my research before ever setting foot on their property. I will BAD MOUTH them every chance I get.

Went in looking for a jayco featherlight trailer. Our sales man was very nice and helpful. Not pushy. Then her went to the manager with our deal. The manager came back with a few offers. Ones that weren't even for the one we wanted. We asked about the feather light trailer and because it was in Draper UT. He said he is not doing that one cause he wouldn't make any money. Looks like he wouls rather line his pockets than make a customer happy.

Camping World Burlington, WA. 6/5/18 Do not bring anything here for service. I brought my RV in for sealing and a couple other things. I asked the service writer if he had verified the work order items had been completed prior to paying the bill and he said yes. I said great lets you and I go look. So out the door we went only to find most the work had not been completed. The service writer lied to me when he said he had checked the work had been done. My bill is about $900 bucks. I left the RV there for them to complete the work order. I drove round trip 45 miles, wasted my valuable time and fuel. My wife who drove with me was PISSED ! Camping World Burlington, WA service center has no corporate values to the customer. Find anyone but Camping World Burlington, WA service center to do your service work.

WE bought our brand new camper in late February from Camping World in Columbia, SC. We were happy with the buying experience. Had our first camping experience the middle of April. It was cold and the furnace did not work. There was a leak in the kitchen sink drain and there was a few other issues. When we returned we made our list and called Michael Murphy our service manager. He told us that we had to bring it in on a certain day a Thursday ( time loss from work )and that it would take three weeks. After three weeks we had not heard back so we called and found out that they inspected it and parts had not been ordered. The front of our camper dropped down with a canvas top. The lock that held it up would not seal it. When we got home I sealed it so no water would get in. After they inspected it they did not seal it and in those three weeks our new camper got severe water damage. It has now been over 8 weeks and NOTHING has been done. They say they are still waiting on parts. I wish that we NEVER bought it there. Now I don't want it back.

Camping world Woodstock Ga The absolute worst service department in the RV industry. The service manager was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They have had my RV for 5 months and not fixed yet. Getting info out of them is worse than pulling teeth. I’m glad I didn’t purchase my RV from them. I will NEVER do any kind of business with them again.

Camping World - Service is Terrible

Service department has a lot to be desired. Never return calls and act like we are all idiots when they do finally get in touch. Takes forever to get parts. They seem to take as much time as possible in getting things accomplished. Very frustrating. We just purchased the unit last fall and haven't even been able to use it yet. It was winterized when we picked it up. It was also not clean...(a 2015 unit that was in awesome condition), but there was a stuffed animal and dirty socks behind the couch. YUCK. I hope they get this figured out before next weekend when we have a trip scheduled. We are not cancelling our trip, so they better get it together quickly. Either our unit is fixed, correctly, or they give us a unit to take on vacation.

Camping World in Kingston, New York - Lousy Customer Service and Rude Service Manager

Bought a brand new Jayco Bungalow from CW in Kingston NY. Day after the delivery found 2 issues needing to be fixed- the refrigerator is bolted in wrong place and the pantry door will not open; the skirting on the bedroom slide is broken in 2 places and we only discovered when laying under the trailer connecting the septic pipe. Manager says we should have noticed when it was delivered. Have emailed 4 different people and sent the same photos 4 times. Service Manager Aaron Kelsey says I should fix it myself, or says he will charge me for service call. Called Corporate today and made complaint. They were in a big hurry to make the sale and get my money but now they dont want to fix the issues.
