CEO Marcus Lemonis has posted on Facebook for any Trump supporters to not shop Camping World. Comments are showing how bias this is and many are saying they will not shop here. I have posted the Corporate phone number for people to call to voice their opinion.

Just purchased a $110,000 camper elsewhere as this idiot CEO of Camping World suggested. He has probably lost more than half his customer base.

He chose the wrong side. When will corporations stay out of politics?

Looking forward to camping world having the success of Sears, Toy R Us and JC Penney.The same for Gander Mountain.I will never ever step into Gander store ever again!!The economy is growing, the country is shiveling out of the worst 8 years in history and you have the gall to tell Trump supporters not to shop at ypur stores!Look at your reviews...YOUR SERVICE YOUR SALES PERSONNEL ARE TERRIBLE. WORSE THAN USED CAR SALES TACTICS.

People that buy RVs and products never ever have anything positive or pleasant to say or offer up any positive experiences! MODERN DAY SCHIESTERS FULL OF FAKE PROMISES!! UNLIKE TRUMP SUPPORTERS!!

Camping World - Dissatisfied with everything!
We recently purchased a 2017 Keystone Raptor 428sp on June 7th. My husband and I were so excited. The first camping trip was the next day. We got to the campsite, our friends were already there. Got everything hooked up and was ready to leave for dinner, when I passed by the 1/2 bath, close to the garage and water was pouring out of the toilet. We turned the water off and waited until the next morning to call Camping World. Unable to use our bathrooms, we were using our friends facilities, we were very upset. Camping World did send someone to the campsite, but we had to wait 1/2 the day for them to show up. We had to cancel our pontoon rental we had planned with our friends. Then after everything was fixed, my husband went to take a shower and no hot water. Basically our weekend was ruined, but wait it gets better. We were told that Camping World would come and pick our camper from our house to fix the issues. Needless to say we were called and told the truck to haul or camper was broken. So my husband had to take off on work on Saturday to deliver the camper. In constant contact with Rob Lyons, General Manager, everything was set for the camper to be delivered back to us on Wednesday, June 20th, since we were going camping for our 33rd wedding anniversary on June 22nd. Then I receive a call from Rob stating that there was a freak accident and our camper was hit by another camper coming into a bay near ours. It punctured the nose of the front of the camper. Rob, thinking this was funny, said well I guess we are putting on the traileze air suspension system for free! He also told us he would fiberglass the hole over and we would have our camper back on Thursday the 21st in order for us to still be able to camp. Thursday came and I contacted Rob and he said everything was on schedule and the camper will be there a little after 4pm. As you know 4pm goes by, 5pm goes by, and no word from anyone. So I text Rob and he calls and says the truck broke down that was delivering our camper and they would deliver it on Friday. Still planning on our camping trip, I get a call from Rob telling me that the delivery truck wrecked, not with our camper though. So we had to cancel our anniversary camping trip and my husband drove to Richmond Indiana to pick our camper up. Our camper was there for 4 days and not everything was fixed, plus to replace the whole nose piece it was 4 to 6 weeks to get the new piece. We have requested to Rob that we want to switch out the 2017 Raptor to the 2018 Raptor that's on their lot. He told me they can't do that. You are the General Manager you can do what is necessary to keep your customer happy. Right now we are not happy! You damaged our $80,000 toy hauler and even though you are going to fix it, as many times as we have been lied to, I can't trust that it would be fixed on time and correctly. It seems like once they sell you something they don't care if you are happy, or not. I even called customer service, and to date, no call back. Please read this before you buy a camper from them, so you don't end up like us. Deborah and Brian

Camping World - Poor customer service

I had the small 8in lp hose replaced from the regulator to the lp tank. Camping world charged me 170 dollars to replace it. I removed it and reinstall in less than 30 second. Then they changed me 500 dollars to fix the shower leak. Out camping now and it's leaking worse than before.

Since the General manager in the NH site basically total me to tuff i contacted Marcus Lemonis CEO and told him the story. He sent my information to the regional people and wanted a resolution.

I heard immediately from the general managerat the NH store and he asked me how He could get me to go away and stop emailing corporate. I told him the same thing I wanted before and that was for him to buy me out of my trailer that they destroyed and to be a responsible manager. We agreed on a price and they bought me out of my trailer plus he agreed to take back the cover to the camper that was never used. I wrote back to Mr Lemonis thanking him and advising him that I do not believe Matt should be the manager in any place in the organization.

He was the apitomy of the term used car sales person.

He has no social skills and is not a good representation of his company. If anyone else has trouble email Marcus@campingworld.com

In May 2017 husband and I wanted to upgrade and have have always bought our campers at campers inn but the model we wanted was at campers world. We talked to a salesman Jim who was great. We traded in our Rockwood Roo and ofcourse didnt get the best for it but that's life. We bought a Autium Right 38 foot premier model with rear kitchen. Paid for the usual but after leaving the sales department nothing was usual. Paid for the inspection and work around service $380 got there that day to pick it up and it was raining so the guy who did the walk around to teach us about the trailer didnt open the awning because it was raining. Guess what didnt work when we took it home and opened it. Received the title to the trailer in the wrong names, both recyliners were ripped and table all scratched. Took months and so many unanswered calls to get them but we did. We were told to bring it back in October for all the Here is the fun part, NOT. In October we bring it back and make the list of all the repairs needed and winterizing. We call and call and call and get no response about what the progree is on our trailer. In January husband and I had to drink ve up to NH to physically be in someones face. Our trailer had not ever been moved from the spot. We were told the are waiting for warranty and the blah blah blah begins. We were told that there was not enough help people leaving right and left and the ones who were left were doing jobs not trained for. We leave thinking our trip up there would get something done. We were fools. We call February, March April nothing. I finally get this call from a Nate or Nathanial if your mad at him he said an he promised to get to the bottom of this and call me back. BS again another BS setvice person telling you your number one. ( Nathanial is new to this campers World) Here is the best part of all times. In April I get a call from Bridget ( very nice but is the person who had to call) tell me during the winter a tree fell on my trailer but no worries they are going to fix it. It just needs a ladder and they covered it. They dont know when it happened but they noticed it when they pulled it in to fix the awning( In April). I still havent learned at this point beleve nothing they say I waited and called and called and called. Again in May my husband and I drive the hour and half to go there because NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. I get there and ask for the manager Matt. He cones down and we go over everything and we look at the trailer damage and warranty repairs that have not been. I look at the trailer damage and no way a tree hit our trailer, our trailer hit a tree. Plaistic is over the ladder so I couldnt see much and he again gves the good setvice speech that they will fix it and he will personally make it better and he cant believe this happened but he is new there and will fix everything. I will never learn. So my husband and I leave. Now its June, camping season is in full bloom, we lost our seasonal camping site because we have no trailer and of course we call our good Buddy Matt who was going to make sure eve rything was done. NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS on his personal work voice mails. June 22 my husband again go up to campers world and ask for Matt but for some reason the store manager isnt around but I had called gefore I went and he was in today. I was met by Jordan ( great person she had left and came back if the company was smart they would clone her and never left her go) she brought my husband and I to Jed (who is new to campers world ) He said pretty much what the others said but he asked to give him a chance nd what did we want. He promised he would call me the next day to let us know what he had found. The ladder wasnt in yet and they had know idea when but we cant take the trailer because it has not been repaired ( End of June they have now had it for nine months and i have lost this camping season) I saved the best for last . At this point my husband and I went to our trailer to clean it out of our belongs because at this point it is unrepairable to us because we bought a new camper not a damaged one. We find mouse *** and ants everywhere. I have never in all my years of camping ever had mice or ants. This wasnt just a few dropping this was an infestation of ants and mouse *** I climbed up on the ladder that was only crushed at the top to find it was not just tye ladder there was rips and holes dents. None on these holes had been covered to protect it from the weather or the mice and ants from getting in. They only through a piece of plastic over the ladder which protected nothering. Since we have no idea how long the so call tree hit the trailer i has been the way for nine months. No wonder there are mice and ants nested there. I go back into the trailer and bang on the walls near the ladder and roof damage and tjousands of ants come out of the walls. Im sure there is water and mold there also. BTW While we were down cleaning our camper one of the guys who run the machines that pull the trailers was spinning in the boo cat and hit a cement light pole right in front of my husband and I. Hummmmm tree fell So I walked back in and showed Jordan these pictures and how I need to get my insurance company involved now because I dont trust anything or anyone at campers world to do anything right . I paid $29,000.00 dollars for brand new 2017 trailer that is worth nothing now all because of the poor management and systems in place at the Chichester, New Hampshire Campers World. Waiting to hear from Jed today. I will let you know how very sorry they are. If anyone has suggestions for me to contact also other than corporate ( who Im sure is well aware of whats going on here) , Attorney General, BBB, to solve this please let me know. At this point I want them to buy it back from me because its worthless to me and has cost me a camping season. PS: I want to say even though I think this campers worls should be avoided like the plaque their are people like Jordan and Bridget who do try but they are not the corporation and they are the same nes who have the power to gix it. PSS To the poor reception people that had to lie to us because Matt ( The Store Manager) didn't want to bother with us because he didnt follow through I do apologize that you had do what you were told. Wish I had read this review before getting involved with Camping World Chichester. Our situation is a similar ongoing nightmare. There are a few decent people here but I totally agree Matt is not a good example of a GM who could care less about customers.

Told order shipped. Requested tracking number and told not available at the time. Followed up after 5 days and got 4 different stories. Asked for supervisor and told order had not shipped. Finally did receive. Because of continued misinformation I will not be ordering on line from Camping World again. Extremely poor service.

Service after Sale? Not from Camping World

I am updating my original 5 star rating to a one star as of June 21st 2018. If your in the market to buy a high dollar "Toy" like a ATV, travel trailer, or boat you have most likely scoured through the reviews on potential dealers to buy from, just like I did. You may even see the 3.5 star total for a company such as Camping World in Burlington and think, maybe those other folks just dealt with the wrong people or didn't negotiate the price correctly, just like I did. So you take a chance and head on down to the friendly camping world RV purchasing center and are greeted immediately by a salesman. They bend over backwards taking you to floor plan after floor plan, less expensive and more expensive RVs, and finally you find the one you have been searching for, just like I did. You are impressed with your initial instinct to go against that 3.5 star rating and find yourself inside of the financing portion of the friendly camping world RV purchasing center, just like I did. You finalize your purchase, wait for the unit to be detailed and ready for your inspection and walk through with another super friendly RV specialist that will go above and beyond explaining every aspect of your new unit and answer all the questions that you may have, just like I did. Everything at this point is perfect, no problems or issues and at the time that I purchased my Keystone Hideout there was still a little summer and fall left to hit the road and make some memories. Then winter gets closer and you call the service department to schedule your winterization for your unit. Your first appointment goes okay besides the fact that every time you call the service department they are always busy, so you leave a message and they take days or weeks to get back to you. Then you drop off your unit and talk to the service representative and you get the distinct feeling that they really don't care and are terrible at their jobs. They say it will be a couple of weeks before the work is done and you continually wait for a call to pick up, but the call never comes. A week after the two week initial service estimate you call the service department to see if your unit is complete and you find out that it was completed almost 2 weeks ago but they mistakenly forgot to call you to pick it up. If your like me you still try to give them the benefit of the doubt but something just doesn't feel right. You talk to other folks that recently purchased an RV and you hear about this top notch after the sale service where they call you to have your unit winterized, inspections for warranty purposes completed, and other service related appointments. My internet friends if you have heard about that after the sale service you most likely did not purchase your unit from Camping World because this service really, and I mean REALLY doesn't exist. Fast forward to June 8th 2018. I called the service department to try and schedule my de-winterization. Service department was busy, just like last winter and I was instructed to leave my name and number and they would call me. The call never came. I called again on the 18th and this time left an message with a service associate, they still have never called me back as of the 21st. I got tired of waiting and looked up on YouTube how to complete my own de-winterization and went to camping world to get some supplies and observe how busy the service department really was. I witnessed 4 service associates huddled around their desks in their rolly chairs just shooting the breeze I thought okay maybe a slow day? I was in the store for almost an hour and they barely moved from their intense discussion. All in all if you would like an RV I would highly recommend you stay away from Camping world, take the reviews seriously and go to a dealer that actually cares. You will receive excellent service when you purchase and will receive no service afterwards. It is disappointing due to the fact that I also needed warranty work completed due to my awning (installed by camping world) is starting to fall off.

I'm in the same situation with service. I just brought home my new travel trailer on Saturday, got it hooked up on Monday and the refrigerator does not work.

I get to wait 2 weeks for them to get a part.

They suggest I use a cooler. Ha!

Bought a 2018 in September. AC went out 9 months later. Tried to bring it to be fixed but a spot wasn't open until August. Tried to find someone around me as I was told when I purchased that I could do that. No one will work on it because it came from Camping World. Called camping World numerous times, left messages, sent emails, and have not received a single response. I paid $11,000 in extra warranties and coverages that, obviously, I didn't need and can't use. Buy from Jimmy on the side of the road who offers a hand written title before you buy from these people.

Camping World - Bad RV sales

On April 11, 2018 we bought a used Chateau M-29 TB Chateau Citation in very good shape we created a list items to be done to unit Install leveler Jacks with inside controls,unit manuals, TV remote, privacy curtain, replace water damage panel next to microwave. on May 28,2018 we went to pickup unit put down leveler jacks they work put them backup and when I got ready to leave jacks sensor was going off saying jacks where still down.was told it would have to checked out on Tuesday 6/2/18 and damaged panel was ordered. i have called 20 times and have been told they had to order parts to fix jacks and panel. on June 13,2018 i called salesman and he would not return my calls, Talked with service department and was told unit would be ready on Friday 15,2018 and they would call me, on June 20,2018 i called 5 times and could not get answer if unit was ready. on June 21 I called again 10:00 am and was told unit would be ready today would call me back. on June 21,2018 was told unit was ready to go but Damaged panel was not ordered. i have made 3 payments on unit and still have not been able to go camping. have been lied to so many times i Don't i guess i need contact an attorney to get this fixed.

Camping World in Ashland, Virginia - 20017 keystone

Bought my first camper from Camping world Ashland Va. 2017 keystone in the spring of 2018 I found a roof sheet lifting and the fasteners found there way through the roofing membrane. I took camper down to have a state insp. and a roof inspection done . I had placed 3- 3x3 pc of dark gray duck tape on the roof. The service righter told me at first that the roof looked great. after I called her on her lie she was very snooty so I asked to speak to service manager and was told he was not in. I left w/ camper and called the next day and was asked to send picks in to have unit warrantied. the technician and the manager agreed that the roof was a manufactures flaw but it was never warrantied by Keystone nor was I helped much by the camping world staff. I had to call Keystone myself and was refused warranty because they stated there was a puncture. well no *** all *** holes and will never buy another camper again if I have to buy a Keystone or anything from Cramping world Wtf
