Had our camper for over a month dropped it off with a list of small things that need to be repaired came to pick it up they took it apart to replace tank values one of the values is hanging loose and didn’t put the wood that surrounds it back together.one of the blinds would not stay down so they took the blind off and left it on the floor the last time we had it at a camping world for a leak they drilled holes in the kitchen cabinets trying to find the leak that they never found our first time taking it out we had to call a camper repair man to come fix it

We ordered a RV King in plenty of time for our 3 week vacation. What we received was 2 boxes of miss matched sizes and missing parts. Husband called said they would send us another one and return labels. Well you need two labels for two boxes. That took almost a week of phone calls. Then there is the status of when our new mattress will be here. Nobody can give us an answer. They all say they will request an expedite. We are leaving in a week, no mattress no answeres. There has been daily phone calls and emails. Nothing. Lesson learned never order anything on line. They don’t care they got there money....

Camping World Harrisburg - ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER. Please save yourself the anger and stress from dealing with this terrible company. My husband and I are LIVID and we have been dealing with awful service from this company from the very beginning of purchasing our fifth wheel. They LIE to their customers. The service department is beyond terrible. I will be sure to spread the word during ALL camping trips and to everyone on how AWEFUL this company is !!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. TRUST ME !!!!!!!!!

Agree Worst managed service dept ever. Everyone should be fired .

My 3 year or grand son could do better. Micheal Rozell is biggest liar and laziest person I’ve ever met.

I purchased an rv at a council bluffs iowa location they wrote in 7300 dollars worth of unauthorized charges after i signed my purchase agreement . its my belief that The service tech lied to me on the walkthrough about many things that i should have insisted we checked those are my fault its my opinion they do not do the inspections they claim to do they get em in get em out and lie right to your face there were many problems that were agreed to be fixed once i brought it back in after warmer weather and they lied about the timeframe i ended up doing the work and purchasing most of the parts myself the service person i spoke to in person swore at me gave me the worst attitude i have ever got from a person with a managing role and when i brought it up to the store manager they did nothing i could go on for pages its my opinion that i wouldnt let the service staff change the air in my tires at this location and will never set foot in the store again oh and if you want to waste a boat load of money on nothing get the good sam elite membership which gives you nothing but a headache when you try to use it

After 110k with 1 sales guy, you think he could be of assistance post sale, not AJ. As far as service, silence breeds anamosity. Not good, scheduled service 30 days in advance, left camper there, after 7 days did not even start issue list, now want me to live in mechanic shop, what *** serviceWtfWtf

UNTHICAL EXTREMELY CROOKED PRACTICES, DON'T PURCHASE AN RV FROM CAMPING WORLD ST GEORGE. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND THE MANAGEMENT WILL SUPPORT THE CROOKS. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL, BUT AFTER HOURS OF WEARING US DOWN WHICH I BELIEVE IS THE PHYCOLOGY IN RV SELLS. WE COME TO A DEAL. THEN WE ARE OFF THE THE FINANCE OFFICE WHICH IS WHERE WE WERE QUICKLY USHERED THROUGH A PILE OF PAPER WORK. AS WE WE SIGNING THE GUY WAS DECEIVING US. 1, IN AN ATTEMPT TO SELL GOOD SAM EXTENDED WARRANTY HE MISREPRESENTED FORD'S WARRANTY. THEN HE MOVED ON TO THE GS ROAD SIDE SERVICE AND SAID THE MOTORHOME CAME WITH IT. IT JUST DIDN'T COME WITH IT WE WERE CHARGED NEARLY $2000.00. HE ALSO KNEW WE PLANED TO PAY OFF THE MOTORHOME IN 18-24 MONTHS. HE EXPLAINED WE HAD AN EARLY PAYOFF PENALTY IF SOONER THAN 12 MONTHS. UNFORTUNATELY WE SIGNED IT WITHOUT COMPLETELY READY. WE GOT SCREWED ON THAT AS WELL.

Camping World - Shipping Charges Not Free

Ordered nearly $245 of materials for my RV. I saw if I spent five dollars more I'd receive a ten percent off discount. I already surpassed the free shipping (over $79) - Plus I'm a Good Sams member so that number is even smaller for free shipping. I added a light up dog collar charm and two clips for the RV. That put me over $250 and I used my ten percent discount. However, customer service says since I ordered a $3.14 dog charm they must now charge me nearly nine dollars in shipping. Customer service will not respond to my follow up email so now I am stuck. As a newer RV owner they are making a poor business choice. They may get their nine dollars in shipping, but this owner of a twenty year RV is unlikely to buy more from them.

Camping World in Thornburg, Virginia - The worst Service Experience EVER

I purchased a brand new 2018 SEISMIC 94K in December 2017 from them. 2 Days later I had to return because a bad leak that damaged the Furnace. They took care of it fine At a later date had to return again because of a broken latch on the external front porch. I report it on February 2018 left it there for other small repairs that were not completed and after 3 month later they tell me that JAYCO had sent the incorrect part. I called JAYCO and explained the situation and JAYCO reply was "Yes they do that they blame us to cover their inability to do the work in timely manner or correctly" I have placed calls after calls and this place Camping World known previously as SAFFORD RV in Fredericksburg VA told me that nobody was able to take my call. Not a service manager nobody could take the call. I went there finally in person to pick up my unit and to my surprise the person that is supposed to take my call was on the internet playing some games at the time. When she saw me there in person she was surprised. I told them I was there to pick up my unit and as I am waking to the back to pick up, there my unit had all doors open and the mechanic started saying how sorry he was for letting my battery run dead and had to plug in so I can close the unit and take it. Sure enough I had to purchase two new batteries on this new Unit just because every time I take it there they go bad. So far my unit is not repaired two new batteries my expense on a new unit. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone at all.

Camping World in Columbia, Missouri - Don't sign your contract until your camper is right!

We ordered a Keystone Carbon toy hauler and it was supposed to have the patio option with the glass sliding door in the back. It came in without the glass door and without the rolled carpet to put down after you pull your toys out. We went and picked it up and signed the papers on April 30, 2018. We finalized the deal with the clause that these 2 things would be rectified as well as them putting on a back splash behind the kitchen sink. The back splash came in within a week of us picking it up. Now here we set, over 2 months later, and still no sliding glass door and no carpet. I can't even get anyone to return my calls!! But they sure did want the sale back in April. Lesson learned. Needless to say, I am NOT a "happy camper"!!!

Went to service Dept for help with a carbon monoxide detector. Terrible customer service. Asked for manager he was just as bad. Went to R C D super center. Wow they are incredible. My 5th motor coach. I will not go back to camping world. London, Ohio. Fleetwood Bounder.
