Camping World in Hope Mills, North Carolina - Lack of Concern.

Total Lack of communication between CW and customer. I came to Camping World thinking this is what they do. They have the parts and experience to get me back on the road in a minimal amount of time. It took them several days to get back to me and when they did I got the " yea,yea, we know your on vacation and it will be 7 to 10 working days to get the part" Ever heard of priority mail or next day shipping. I mentioned it to the service dept. They said the part was in stock and they could get it in a couple of days. I went back in a couple of days to check if the part was in and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I believe they hadn't even ordered the part yet. Never did get my MH fixed. Ran out of time and had to head home. I am working with the Corp. end to get this resolved. All I got was lip service and excuses. Wish I had read the revues BEFORE I took my rig in for repairs. Those that are good at excuses are seldom good at anything else. BP

Camping World in Monticello, Minnesota - Customer service

There is a huge need for customer service in Monticello, MN 55362. Right now there is none. I have tried for 2 days and left my phone number too no avail. We bought a new RV last week and can not get a hold of service. I might have to go down there and talk with them to get this resolved. All I am looking for is a time frame to bring the 5th wheel in for this service. But it is had to talk with someone when they will not answer the phone or return a phone call. This so frustrating when you buy a new vehicle and spend all that money to get ignored by the company. This is why I am saying there is a huge need for customer service in Monticello, MN 55362. I understand there are other customers but at least pick up the phone or call back.

Camping World in Dover, Florida - Was good till we left

When we went through our inspection there were no issues. However taking our new Coleman 263bh home, setting up and testing everything out a swarm of carpenter and flying ants came out of the wood works. To make matters worse our hot water heater will not stay lit. Have made several attempts to contact. It’s nice I can bring it by during my work time and they can try to squeeze me in pending if they have the part. Do not buy anything from camping world.

Camping World - I bought a 2018 Crusader 315 RST In Biloxi Mississippi

The main slide would not go out all the way at the bottom it needed adjusting. I called to make an appointment and the service department gave me the runaround for a week. I was told I could not make an appointment it’s first come first serve they were very busy that they would not make an appointment for me. I told them I was out of state that I have a 3 Hour Drive one way. So??? I have found a dealer that handled for Forest Rivers and they made an appointment for me. Not a Camping World Dealer Bent RV In Boutte, La fixed it for me within a week. I gave them the Account number and could not find my account as a 2018 coach. That number is a 2017 Coach Number and gave me a different account number. It sounds like Camping World sold me a 2017 at 2018 price??? I am going to check into this!!! I would not buy a tooth brush from Camping World!!! I called the Company the service Department didn’t located the number either but didn say why???

Camping World - SUCKS MAJOR SUCKS I GIVE IT NO STARS

Took Ownership of travel trailor thought everything was good NOT 2017 model. Bathroom and kitchen vent fans don't work. They said they fixed kitchen fan NOT. TABLE IN THE THE LIVING AREA NOT LEVAL. WE DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO MATTRESS NOT THE ROGHT SIZE FULL INSTEAD OF QUEEN. ON TOP OF ALL THAT THOUGHT OUR FINNIACES WAS ALL SET. GET TO SIGNING WAS SUPPOSE TO GAVE INCOME VIRFACTION. SO SENT IN ONE MONTH. KNOW THEY WANT 3 FULL MONTHS. WE ARE ON A F8XED INCOME SOCIAL SECRUITY BOTH OF US. THREATENED TO KILL THE DEAL. NOT TO HAPPY.

Still not satisfied with this LEMON bought it 14 months ago and it still has issues with floor coming up--GenStat not working---steering wheel crooked---jacks still won't work correctly (coach won't stay level even on concrete) long awning over slide holds gallons of water--since last post we had it back to camping world because of more leaks which they couldn't find so my husband fixed 1 under kitchen sink but it took him searching for still water every where to find it was coming from wher icemaker wasn't properly attached in back so camping world had to take it out and fix. No body at camping world or cummins was able to fix genstart.

Thor should check these coaches before they leave factory and CW should check thoroughly before selling. Coach still sways bad when truck passes even with safe-t-plus installed at our expense. I would never recommend buying from CW or buying a THOR because in my opinion ours is a lemon that we are paying big bucks for and not getting service or able to use. Needs to be a lemon law to use against them.

VERY UNHAPPY CAMPER with this lemon. and why should CW take so long to fix repairs on a brand new motor coach

Camping world needs to hire more service people to get campers back to customers quicker. add onto shop it's not big enough . It should not take over 1 month to repair a brand new camper and 1 payment already made and not getting to use camper.

Traded 5th wheel for thor Aclass and used it 1 week had to take back for repairs and it has been sitting on lot for almost 6 weeks still not fixed. I am not happy with camping world Calera alabama or Thor because we bought this camper to use for travel ball but had to pay hotel bills to attend games. Also was not told that when a semi passes you the coach is all over the road which is a road hazard now we have to pay for something to correct that. Camper almost 2 months old and we got to use it 1 week so I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER It should be against the law to sell something that sways when a semi passes since this is a great danger to everyone on the road. Angry Sad

Camping World in Meridian, Idaho - New 2018 Hideout Broken - In the shop for 8 weeks +

We purchased a new 2018 keystone hideout from camping world. 2 weeks later the water heater went out. We took it back to camping world, they indicated repairs were covered and would take a couple of weeks. It's been a month and they just said the warranty department just submitted the request and could take 8 weeks to get approval for repairs. The RV dealer next door has the part in stock and can get it repaired in a day. If you want to drown in paperwork and waiting, go to camping world. We didn't by a new trailer this summer for it to sit in the shop for 8 weeks. You suck camping world.

Hi, I chatted with you (Leha) yesterday. I had 2 questions, how do I make a complaint and best price on footprint and carpets for Montana 6P. I only had access to my phone yesterday which made the conversation difficult. Unfortunately, I do not have the chat left. I received an answer that I could send a photo on the damaged rod that will hold the big side door. I also got the answer that I could use the Carpet50 code. I asked if there was any difference if I was waiting for Idg Saturday when I had access to the computer, but here I did not get a response without the chat interrupted. Today I enter via the computer, can not login, my email is not registered, but I will receive mail from you! At the same time, I see that the code that I received only lasted yesterday. Camping World in Sherman, Texas - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Sherman, Tx Camping World Worst experience ever!!! Two months ago we dropped our 2017 Jayco travel trailer off for electrical work. This is the second time the trailer has had electrical problems. With that being said I was called and told the trailer was ready for pick up, and to call 1 hour before arriving, which I did. Upon arrival we realized that someone had DROPPED our travel trailer! No one in the service department was even going to acknowledge that the entire tong of the trailer was torn up. The wheel was shattered, it's holder was mushroomed out, the jack was broke off, the frame bent, the propane bottle metal mount was broke off, and the propane lines underneath were flat. THEY DROPPED MY TRAVEL TRAILER AND TORE IT UP!!! All they wanted to offer us was a $50.00 in store credit, and a couple more months in the shop with them. I am soooo pissed off with this business, and would not recommend Camping World in Sherman Texas to anyone. I feel as though they owe me a new travel trailer, because there is no telling what is wrong on the inside since the outside was in such bad shape. Upon speaking with the General Manager, I realized he was not going to be of any help. When I messaged Camping World they just referred me back to the dealer in Sherman! WOW, they did not even take responsibility for wrecking the travel trailer I’M MAKING PAYMENTS ON!!! No one at the dealer will return my calls. I have told them that I do not want to take possession of this travel trailer, because then it is MY PROBLEM!

All this and all you have done is call (s) ? Why not go spit into the wind instead ?

It would be just as useful.

You must issue a formal written complaint, chock full of details but minus the emotion, and serve it via Certified Mail return receipt requested. You must establish a verifiable timeline of events and remedial attempts.

Well for your information the day of the event I spoke with the “General Manager” in person. He had no resolution for me.

This is a reoccurring situation. Lies to customer over charges And total incompetence in service. They are the worst rv company by far.
