If I could give this company a half a star of less I would. My husband and I purchased a brand new 28 foot Jayco Trailer for just under $30k and after our third camping trip (1 month after purchase) we had 22 items fall apart on us, including an outlet that never worked and a refrigerator that went out. It has been horrible to get items fixed or replaced. We are now having to fight with Jayco/camping world on the urgency of getting our trailer back, so we don't have to cancel camping trips and lose out on our deposits. They have had our trailer for 3 weeks and nothing is fixed. It feels like we bought a used trailer not a brand new one and no one, camping world or Jayco cares.

Camping World - Very Disappointed

Bought used 2016 Jayco precept did not find out until I got home that the gps did not work. It did not have sd card for maps.No one had sd card for maps. Bought new Jensen jrv9000 had it installed gps worked fine did update for maps as instructed Gps no longer worked contacted naviextras which is the map updater 3rd party for Jensen. was told to do restore this made things worse. sent several emails to naviextras and 1 to Jensen and now you. I don't care if I get the update at this point all I want is a radio that works with gps as promised by all. I don't know whose fault it is or at this point care But I am going in circles at this point as the finger point game is being played

I bought the rv almost three months ago. I have a problem with rv and all those departments located in Jackson ms a main camping world headquarter. 1st sale department : before I bought the rv I asked to show the record of vehicle but they keeping said this rv have no issues and if I have problem with rv then this vehicle still under warranty! I trust them and drove out the road but after 10 minutes ABS sign came out and after three times trying to fixed ABS light and sounds are still there!! They were lied about warranty and they been hiding the problem vehicle and sold. 2nd financial department: After staying there all day more then 7hrs finally rv was ready without cleaned. The store was 5 minutes before closing time. This financial guy came to me and not even looking at me he was rushing and without explanation of documents, he just pointed out where to sign. At that time I also purchase rv warranty but I was asking to him “what if I don’t want it later” he said “you always can let me know then it will be fully refund” I when there few days later and canceled the warranty but still never been refund. (By the way just few days ago I finally got cancellation documents that I signed after chasing him for two months.) but never refund yet... Front lady: I called more then 15 times asked for general manager she always has excuses and transfer to someone else or she took massage but never respond my call. Terrible customer service. Main headquarter: I called them and report the complaint 10days ago. And they hang up on me!! What a terrible experience with camping world. I will never recommend to anybody to buy anything from camping world!! And I will keep doing what I can do to fixes my problem.

let me start with 1 star is way too many for this place. I just bought a new toy hauler from them and the whole deal was just a complete mess!! The sales manager tried to tell me that he was going to add $10,000 to the price of my camper to have the delam fixed on the side of the camper when it is warranty work that guy is the biggest joke in the whole place! I was told they would give me one thing for my trade to find out later that the sales guy was only off by $7,000 and not in my favor. Then they come back with a monthly payment that was $150 more a month then the math added up to be. when I went in the finance office and asked how that was possible I was told, oh thats right. I said its simple math and that is not right, I asked to see the numbers he had. Once he done that he was like what is that in there for and what is that.... by the time he was done he had taken $9,000 out the deal that i would have been scammed out of had I not caught it!!! what does that say about the place???? The sales guy told me the hitch weight was way less than it really was so when I bought my truck to pull it (2018 f250) the camper was 750 lbs too heavy for my truck with no one in the cab. I brought this to management's attention and was told jokingly to go buy another truck, I didnt find it funny at all when I just bought a $60,000 truck to pull that camper.. witch by the way i added air bages for another $400 just to get my bumber off the ground and that seams to be working ok even though im way over the trucks payload rating. what a bunch of crap right??? Now the hitch problem: I was told my hitch would be in and installed every day for 2 weeks. I found out through another source that they ordered it on that monday and had to drive and pick it up from some place. I took off work that monday to have it installed and they had not even ordered the dang thing!! I will say that when it got there the service techs jumped right on it for me and I am happy with those guys. I asked about a gift card that they offered me 4 months ago on my other camper i had bought from them and that same lying manager said im not aware of any such card. This ( STEVE ) guy needs a new job!!! Ive never seen a place so mis managed in my life. if you walk around the building you will see trash and boxes just piled up around the along with camper parts and junk they took off other campers. Please someone get these people some kind of manager in there. So its been roughly 3 weeks and i called today to see if they had even created a ticket for the items that were found on my walk through and guess what nope nobody even has my name in the service department. this nightmare just will not end!!!!! The bottom line is wow this place needs some help badly and I will not recommend them to a soul as long as I live. If you can believe it i have really taken it easy on these folks there is way more to this story.......

I ordered products from camping wold in May and only received a partial order with no explanation. After calling to find out what was going on, I got multiple answers from several people at camping world. Finally got told that the products were on back order and I should receive them soon. I called again in July, after not receiving any news of the shipment to get told I would receive the products the first week of august. I called again on 20 august to get told that the products were still on back order and that they did not know if they would ever get the product. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and was told that they weren't sure the order could be canceled. I had to demand a refund. When I finally got the refund, they only refunded the price of the product and not the shipping that was over $100. I had to call again the get partial shipping refunded. I have never had such a bad experience with anyone i shop online with and will never shop at camping world again. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a product on 7/23 on the phone, received it and by that time the price had went down $120. Called less than 30 days later and they tell me “if you click on the customer service tab on our website you will see that we have a 14 day price match policy” if I didn’t order online to begin with how would I know unless I clicked on every link to read their crap before I call on the phone to order?? Ordered a different part and they sold me the wrong product and won’t take the return cuz it’s installed but they sold me wrong product. And last but not least Was looking for a different part and called twice and was told they wouldn’t have any till end of October, then called a few days later to buy a complete unit instead of buying parts and get told “ohh we have 5 of the part you need an hour from my house”.. will defer everyone I know to not buy a thing from them.

Camping World in Cocoa, Florida - 1 Slide out repair

We had problem with one slide out the clerk told us to open the slide out to the max and then close it repeat that until the slide out is straight .It make it worst so she said bring it at 8.00 am the following day they did not work on it until the next day .We leave in Hollywood FL so we took a hotel in Coco Beach we call to see if any work as been done the answer we are waiting on parts it took 3 weeks to fix it plus they said the other slide out is not working we did not have problem with that only one slide out was not working!They put our Rv outside without plug so instead of calling us and say listen your freezer and refrigerator is full what do you want us to do with it we will tell them trow everything out !No magnets and fly they trow everything after the damage was done when we got our RV back my husband and I could not believe it we cry we have to buy a new side by side refrigeratorAlso they did not put back a moulding under carpet and also missing tool box

Motor home has been sitting at Calera Al lot since June. Still not repaired even though I was told 3 weeks ago the long awaited part had arrived. Nope. Not the problem according to the 3rd party repair man. Another part is needed. Damaged the floor in front of refrigerator and still have not repaired leak which was suppose to be a easy fix with the parts on shelf.

I was told When I got the trailer that we had up to one year to bring back any problems that were found so at the eight-month Mark we returned with a list of problems and of course everything was turned down . been fighting over nine weeks to get the work done and now we are waiting on parts and still don’t know when the trailer will be done. They said it will be done 4 different times now and it still is not done. Very unhapp.

Camping World - Call back from Tom @ Bridgport, Nj

Tom called and just said sorry, not that it will not happen again. As far as I know now is that if it happens again so what. I find it hard to understand how your manager didn't check his lot to see how all customers RV's were left. My trailer was left in the alley like garbage after all the money I was charged for the repair. I pay what ever the repair is and I don't expect my property to be left out like garbage in an alley. No one could tell me that there was no space for my RV inside the secure fence. I asked Tom if I worked on his car and left it on the side of the road overnight how would he feel. No response. Very poor service.
