Camping World in Dover, Florida - Horrible customer service!

Our camper has been at the Oxford location for over a month to have a warranted part replaced in our 2017 camper. IF, and I mean IF we can get customer service on the phone, we get a “it should be ready by...” every time. But, it is never ready! I don’t suggest buying from this place ever!!! I’m one pissed off customer!!!

My wife and I visited the camping world just to look around at the motorized RV's. We were thinking about getting one to use as a business for my wife who is a travel Nurse Practitioner. We were shown several motorized RV's and really liked the2018 Mercedes Senergy. The sales name was Peter. We were really impressed with him up until we started putting information on the finance documents. When we came to the table and started to finalize everything he started to drag his feet and things start changing, like the discounts, trying to get the finance completed etc. We spoke to the finance guy whose name is Aaron and also his supervisor and even they dragged their feet on the issue. At that point, we did not feel like we were valued customers. The only person that want to keep our business was the guy (I forget his name) that you have to talk to when you request you deposit back. I am sure Peter knows him. Anyway, we decided to walk away from this deal because we didn't feel this dealership had our best interest in hard. If they drag their feet on this issue. God forbid how we would be treated if we needed maintenance repairs. It's not that my wife and I do not make enough money because we do. I am just not happy with this dealership at all. We purchased a 2019 Coleman 1805 RB camp trailer from "Big Mike" at Camping World of Cleburne on August 25, 2018. When we got home and discovered the toilet paper holder was missing 1/2 of the pieces I called Mike and was told that it would be sent out immediately. One week later, still no toilet paper holder so I inquired and was told they were too busy...I would need to go buy my own! They really live up to their bad reviews. Will shop elsewhere in the future. I don't really have one hundred words to say about this but can't post my review with less than one hundred words. That is ridiculous! ha ha ha ha ha ha Wtf

You're mad about the toilet paper holder!?! The factory doesn't install it because there is so little room. Go spend $2.00 and good luck deciding where to install it.

Camping World - Poor workmanship & repairs a joke.

Purchased this Bunkhouse camper used but believe it was used as a rental. It was clean and only noticed a couple of items. Found the side window by the door wouldn't open since the frame had a dent in it. Also noticed that the overhead panel in the tub had a crack. A number of small things that I pointed out: overhead light wouldn't work, trim around counter top coming off, door latch on the water heater ready to fall off, etc. I did do some of the other minor things I found myself. They had the camper for almost 2 months and when the window came in they told me that they sent the wrong window and the wrong ceiling panel. When they did call and say it was ready I picked it up and took it home since they were closing. After checking it out found the tub with all kinds of sawdust and footprints. The first rain the window they replaced leaked like crazy. After inspecting it found that they hadn't removed the drain plugs at the bottom of the window. The repair on the latch for the water heater fell out and I repaired it to work right and not fall out. Once you sign the papers you are SOL unless they repair them before you pick it up and you totally inspect it, in fact, thoroughly inspect it top to bottom prior to purchase.

Pioneer ds320 from camping world

2 month old pioneer model DS320. Hot water heater has a short in the wire keeps popping fuses. Bearing buddy has fallen off first trip out. Both handles for gray/black water tanks fell off. Lock mechanism fell out of door first time using it. Camper and camping world are both pieces of trash with no intention of fixing or resolving my issues unless i drag it to them an hour and a half away. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Camping World - Worst CCW in America Fayetteville NC

I explained in video which will be posted on as many sites as possible Given the sales man shuffle by Jeremy Miles. Do not trust him. Starts at sales Manager Patrick Augustine the smoke and mirrors asked for over three weeks for numbers. The use the old to busy so lets mmake them less busy. They have 5 BBB complaints 95 others and are rated 1 Star sales 2 Stars Service department Take advantige of military play games. As a retired paratrooper I feel integrity is important and disabled combat veteran I would never by from Fayetteville NC Camping World. Let them know soldiers values are not at this store.

Camping World - Really disappointed

One week ago we went in Camping World in New Port Richey FL and we found a fifth wheel that we like the sales guy was great, but the financial guy - Ibraham .... wow he said that he will help as as soon as possible to get approval from the bank so we can get the fifth wheel !!!!! It has been a week and he run our credit rate like 5 times .... and we all know how is hard to get off you credit the inquiries that are made!!!! Horrible service !!! He didn’t did anything!!!!

Camping World - They are the best

We are coming from Quebec and We had problem with our fridge in our Rv. They did everything to fix our problem. Will waiting Jake Springer took us for a tour and show us diffent rv. Nicole Hammerschmidt and technician Jason make the impossible for us. Thank you so much for all your great work and support.

Camping World - Refused to Pay
We purchased the Extended Warranty when we purchased our 2016 FR Berkshire. We purchased it Nov 30, 2016. First we have/had a Leak over the Living Room Slide. We took that in under the One Year Warranty under Forest River. We had the same water leaked worked on 3 times..Now hopfully it is fixed however neither Forest River or Our CW Extended Warranty refuses to cover the cost. Coming home from Florida in May the Living Room Slide would not close all the way. We took it in to America Rv and they have repaired the issue. HOWEVER, NOW CW EXTENDED WARRANTY IS REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS??? We paid $6,000.00 for the warranty and they are refusing to payfor what is suppose to be covered, reason unknown. The Coach was taken in for repairs several times..Until the Slide quit working properly they now say the tracks were rusty. Based on the Coach has never been in ice or snow there should be no reason. I want to know WHY this was not covered. Has cost us additional app $1000.00 VERY VERY DISGUSTED WITH CW AND FR Since the leak was reported almost from day 1. Strange we have had a leak and then tracks being rusty same area.
