We purchased a Keystone 379FLOK and were billed for $12K in warranties (23% of the cost of the trailer!), all but one we specifically said we did not want. The only one we felt was necessary was the extended warranty since it has 6 slides and hydraulic Jack's. They automatically made it a 7 year warranty without asking us how many years we wanted it for. It took months of emails and phone calls that went mostly unanswered until we contacted the BBB and Illinoise Attorney General. Amazingly, we were issued the remaining money they owed us. This amounts to nothing more than retail theft! Will never do business with them again, even though we had a pretty good experience with their service department.

We live in Tallahassee FL. We called Camping World yesterday asking if the service people would check our tires of our new Winnebago before we take our Christmas trip. They told us to bring it in today and they would work us in. They pulled us into a bay and checked our tires and had us out of there in about an hour and one half. They were very friendly and helpful. And they said all was fine and they did not charge us!! This was a great experience and we have peace of mind as we head out Sunday for our Christmas adventure! 2017 FLAGSTAFF 207SE...TOOK MY CAMPER TO MARION WHERE I BOUGHT IT. HAD A BLISTER ON THE ROOF, WAS TOLD TO LEAVE IT SO THE FLAGSTAFF REP COULD LOOK AT IT. WAS CALLED AND SAID THAT THE ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPLACE.THAT WAS IN MAY 2018, WAS CALLED IN SEPTEMBER IT WAS READY. NOT... CAME TO PICK IT UP THE ROOF VENT WAS COMING LOOSE FROM THE ROOF, THE ROOF RACKS WAS NOT SEALED AND THE END CAPS NOT SEALED, TALK TO SERVICE TECH AND SERVICE MANGER, DUMASSES MANGER TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO STAY ON TOP OF THE SEALANT ON MY CAMPER... REALLY JUST GOT A NEW ROOF.WAS ASK IF I COULD LEAVE IT...ALREADY MISS HALF OF CAMPING SEASON.TOOK MY CAMPER HOME ANYWAY. Camping World in Dothan, Alabama - The worst company ever!

They should be shut down. We should all do a class action law suit against this unprofessional and disgusting company. They are a disgrace. I know that if the thousands and thousands of people would get together we can make a difference and do a class action law suit against them. I truly wish we could and I would be there to fight for us the consumers. We should stand and speak and let them pay for all of the damage they have done to people. People that work so hard and have taken advantage of by this horrible company.

Yes is there a class action law suit? Bought a used RV from the camping world in Nashville, with them understanding and knowingly that it was going directly to Arizona for a Cancer patient to stay in.

They absolutely fixed nothing that was in the contract! Now out the cost of camper, cost of repairs, and this poor veteran with cancer is having to deal with all the issues along with his treatments!

Couldn’t agree more with you! Class action law suit for their unscrupulous business practices !!!!!!

I have been in business for 40 years and never experienced this blatant lying, deception, simple thievery! I originally thought it was just a single location but, have come to learn, it is on a national and obviously global scale that these criminals operate!

if you want bad or no customer service go to camper world. they don't stand behind the product they sell. i bought a 30k coach from them and had to fight to get the hot water fixed and then bought a camper cover that tore when i was trying to put it on and they would not return it or get me my money back. i will never shop there again and wouldn't advise anybody to shop there. this place is a joke!!

Camping World in Fountain, Colorado - Bought new motorhome now I'd like to have it.

We bought a 2018 Thor motorhome in September 2018. There was a chip in the windshield and the awning fabric was damaged. They said they would want it back in 2 or 3 weeks and would need it 5 days. In November I called and they said to bring it in and they would fix my other concerns at that time too. It is now almost mid December and not only haven't I seen our motorhome I can't even get anybody to return my calls. I have made a bunch of them. The motorhome turned out to be a POS. Chipped windshield, awning fabric, awning missing bolts and screws and won't retract fully, screen door won't latch, bathroom door doesn't latch, barely hits jamb, wiring bunched together hanging under unit almost dragging ground, upholstery not fastened on passenger seat, black water valve mounted down, drags ground on even small dips, breaks off and a few other minor things. Brand new $100,000.00 motorhome. Have yet to use it. Two or three weeks to get it in turned into a month and a half. Five day service has also turned into almost two months. Now they won't even return calls or give a guess when it will be done. Wish I'd never seen it or them. Beware, not reputable dealer or service.

Camping World in Duluth, Georgia - Service department is not so great!!

I called about issues with my brand new camper. An outside speaker was not working. They had to order one. Two lights not working inside. They can't order parts until they diagnose it. Bad battery. Drips from vents. One door pulled paint off of when they pulled the sticker off. They sent the door for me to install. ( I guess) I am not doing it. Lose trim. Service representative not so friendly. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him everything. He said he was not my service rep. Mine was out all week. Really? I will be looking for another place to get my camper serviced. Camping World service department (even though they have a new service manager) it not very good. I was told they have 4 service reps and they each have over 100 customers. I thought we are all their customers! Guess not!!!

After ordering a electric wood fireplace because my furnace wasn't working, I was excited to get it. It arrived damaged so called camping world next morning. The lady sent me another one and said someone would call me in a few days to tell me what to do with the damage one. When the second one arrived the glass was also not attached and the metal that holds the glass in place. I had a friend look at it to see if it was something that needed assembled . He said No it was damaged. How do you get two products dsmage. Camping World doesn't do anything to protect the products they send especially fragile items s. I will never order from them again

Bought a new toyhauler from Camping world Hamburg ny for $19000 plus tax. When we finally took a close look at the paper work a month later (went on a cross country trip ),they added in $7000 that we never agreed to. The trailer ended up costing us over $30,000 ,we verbally turned down all the extras, but they put them in anyways. They screwed us good. All buyers beware (READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING )!!!

I purchased my camper on October 13. The dealer placed a 30 day temporary tag on it. They are responsible for getting the actual plate and forwarding it to me along with the registration so that I can legally move the camper. Now it is December 04 and I have no license plate or registration. I have left 6 messages with the finance manager, my salesman (twice), the customer service manager, the finance manager (again) and the general manager. No one has returned my calls. I spoke to the receptionist as well, who put me on hold for 10 minutes- then came back on the line and said "The finance manager said contact your bank." And then she hung up on me. These people will treat you like gold until you've signed the papers- then they suddenly become retarded, uncaring and incapable of following through with the most basic expectations. I will never do business with them again. I imagine they don't care about that. But if YOU (the reader) never do business with them, they will finally either be out of business- or they'll learn to stop crapping on their customers.
