I purchased an RV from CW in Katy, TX. I paid for the unit in cash, every cent...
In order to do this, I cashed out my 401k, Pension & all Savings I had or ever will again.
IT IS IMPERATIVE TO NOTE, I WAS FORCED TO SELL THE UNIT IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR POST PURCHASE DUE TO C.O., POISONING, FALSE ADVERTISING, HEAVY WARDROBE DRAWERS BECOMING UNHINGED, FALLING & HITTING ME IN THE HEAD, ENSEN FELL OFF THE REAR LADDER WHICH HAD LATER BEEN DETERMINED TO BE SOLDERED AS A BANDAID RESOLVE POST SNAPPING OFF, RENDERING HIM UNCONSCIOUS & HOSPITALIZED, PLUS TOO MUCH MORE! Camping World was knowingly negligent with no regard for human life, NOT TO MENTION, I NOW LIVE IN MY TENT!

We bought a Forrest River heritage glen at their Hershey show. It has been nine months of *** Problem after problem.
First trip( one month of owning) in November the shower was filling up instead of draining. Called about the problem with the shower and decided to take it to an authorized Forrest River dealer since it was closer to home. They called to let us know the drain for the shower was drilled in the wrong spot. So that problem was fixed but they found more problems while fixing drain.
The duck work wasn’t ran to the master bedroom, and the tank level sensors weren’t hooked up. Next camper trip was taken in April and the awning was leaking and big window at the kitchen table was leaking. After this problem we decided we would take it back to camping world in HARRISBURG PA
(where we bought it to have all the problems fixed) leaking window, leaking awning, door stuck every time you opened it, flooring in both bathrooms coming up, most of not all trim was coming off, and no support around the drain of the shower. So camping world had our unit for a little over a month.
They said they had to order a new seal for the window and a part for the shower drain. My husband had to put blue tape on everything that needed to be fixed. Believe me we called serval times to see if repairs were being done. We get a call saying the seal came in and we could pick it up the next day( which we could not because we live three hours away and we work so we set pick up for that weekend) then we get a call that it was the wrong seal.
No pick up for that weekend cause they had to reorder it. Our camping trip was coming up so we continued to call and bug them about our unit. We had to speak to the service department manager just to get to the bottom of the window. Our technician went in vacation.
We get the call everything is fixed and we can pick it up. My husband gets there and the didn’t even open the bathroom door to look for blue tape. The floor wasn’t fixed and neither was the trim. My husband told them he was leaving until it was fixed and we needed our unit back since our trip was the following week.
So here we are on another trip and a storm comes in and what do you thinks happens!!! Our WINDOW is leaking and worse then the first time and so is the ANWING. So did camping world fix any of our problems!!! NO NO NO!!
We called the service manger Elliott and get his voice mail like always. We then call back to speak to the general manager Steve, what we get his voice mail also.
Please people do not buy your camper or expect any good repairs from HARRISBURG PA camping world!! This place needs to be closed for good!!

Very PISSED off owner
We have owned our RV for less then a year, This is the 3rd time it has been in the shop. first time they kept it for so long we missed 2 of our camping reservations which cost us money to cancel it.
2nd time was not very bad. 3rd time which is now they have had it for 15 days and can not get it back to us for our camping trip we had coming up for Halloween, When we told them we were going. NOW they want to charge us $149.00 to winterize it when we do it for nothing. They are just now ordering our parts they need.
When we bought the RV they told us by buying the protection plan which it is the Good Sam's Gold that we would move right to the front of the line. What they did not bother to tell us that everyone who buys an RV or any other type of camper that everyone has that Good Sam's Gold and that everyone moves to the front. We were told buy the seller Pete that they improved the newer class 3 models that the wind does not catch them as much. THAT IS NOT TRUE, They will say anything to get you to buy a camper from them.
They are a horrible place to do business with.
I can not believe we buy a new 2019 class 3 RV and have had to have it in the shop 3 times now. You people are no one I would send any of my friends or family to.

Camping World is a scam. Their service department is the most expensive in the world....and their people are not knowledgeable.
After they sell you an RV....You as a customer are no-longer a priority to Camping World. Their service department attempts to get inside your wallet any chance they can.
