I bought a 2015 camper from campingworld of buffalo . He messed up the paper work , messed up my loan and he never answers the phone .so I don't know what to do . I just want to return the camper and go to Churchvill they know what Tatars doing

Camping World - Delivery Service Review from O Fallon, Illinois

Worst customer service EVER!!! I ordered on 9-16 and it was shipped on 9-24. No one could tell me why my order was delayed since a the items minus one were available. Called today for a status on my back order item which they said take 2-3 weeks to receive. I was told it's in stock but would have to email the warehouse to see if it will be shipped out soon. Good deals but I'm not sure they are worth the hassle.

Camping World in Hamburg, New York - Worst Servie Ever

Worst service ever in my life. Please don't buy from them, they promised to have it cleaned for pre-inspection, werent ready plus weren't on time either. Never again will I purchase or recommend them. Black water tank leaking fresh water tank leaking broken door handle heater vents full of dirt and grass shower head broken carpert not clean ( popcorn kernels, m & ms, hair, dirt, who knows what else) toliet sit when lift up looked like urine cuppards, full of cups and dishes and very dusty oven not clean RV caulking not correctly put on and dripped throughout the trailer. Floors very dirty.

Camping World - Why would anyone work for this Company

With all the dissatisfaction with CW, makes one wonder..........Why anyone would want to work for a Company, that lacks Leadership, Integrity and Management Guidance. Truly a lack of Management. Marcus lamonis , like our government, got too big, too fast and has lost all control. He should start over and work with his Teams and Dealership Managers and figure it out! We too have complaints and have had the same experience's, as listed here. (St Augustine CW- Dusty's -Bartow) However, there are some employees, who do a very good job at customer service. Robert Burden (TPA-CW) being one of them. He has constantly stayed in contact with us on our service and replacement parts on our new Heartland Landmark. Our Salesman has been of no assistance at all. Perhaps Mr. Lamonis can listen to these employees and see how they manage to give good customer service and manage their time, when the rest can't figure it out. We are still waiting on the cancellation refund on an extended warranty, which was to be cancelled, last November! Also, still waiting on the $100 gift card for recommending a customer , who purchased an RV . Really like shopping at CW, but there are other stores. I hope they can get it figured out, before they go out of business!

The reason they work there is that they share the same lack of integrity. They all lie and scam folks.

There was warranty fraud going on at the Bartow Camping World, but nothing was done about it when corporate was contacted. No one at Camping World cares. It's all about profit and greed and nothing more.

I'll find someone who cares about the warranty fraud. ***, it's making Camping World more money - so of course they don't care.

I have tried to talk to the Service Manager 3 or 4 times and is to busy to talk with me on an issue with my fifth wheel. So be it I will be doing my business elsewhere here in Colorado. I've have been getting supplies and parts at CW for two decades and the last two times service has been not been up to there quality in the past. I've contacted he main headquarters with no action on there part, when my CW card expires I will think of not renewing it. It's too bad that the customer service now sucks...

Camping World in Troutdale, Oregon - New RV nightmare!

This review is directed directly at management. Our salesman was fantastic! The service and customer satisfaction at camping world in Wood Village, Oregon is horrible. Day one we picked out a brand new RV. Test drove it and decided it was the one. Wrote up the paperwork and did a walk through to create a punch list of minor repairs to address before delivery. We were told we'd need to wait a week and half to take delivery. No problem, we waited. Arrived on our deliver date which was a Saturday to find NOTHING was taken care of. Their excuse, everyone must have left early on Friday. We had trip already planned, so we took delivery. First trip out was a nightmare. Water leaks EVERYWHERE, slide outs didn't work. Blinds wouldn't stay open, couldn't get the cameras to work, the dump line didn't line up with the bin, so we couldn't dump the tanks...the list goes on and on. All this on an RV we paid over 100k for. I call to get a service appointment and they tell me the are booked out for a month and a half. Unbelievable, please don't waste your time and money at camping world. Fleetwood, the maker of our RV hasn't been much help either. They've washed their hands of the problem as well. Although they did offer to make me an appointment at one of their manufacturing plants.....in a month! My RV is sitting in storage, not useable, and the answer I get from camping world is " we are human". No apology, and no solutions.

WE ARE ALSO GOING THROUGH THE SAME KIND OF DEAL WITH THEM, SALES DEPT SAYS ONE THING SERVICE ANOTHER AND THE TWO NEVER COMMUNICATE. I WROTE THE CEO OF CAMPING WORLD, AND NO RESPONSE AS OF TODAY.

WE ARE INTO THIS TRAILER $40k BUT STILL SLIDE OUTS NO GASKETS TO KEEP THE WIND AND BUGS OUT ON THE SLIDE OUT.

BATTERIES NEVER HAD WATER IN THEM SO THEY DIDN'T WORK, WE BOUGHT AN EXTENDED SERVICE AND NOTHING IS COVERED BY IT. SORRY WE EVER WENT THERE.

Camping World - Generator nightmare

13 weeks ago I took my RV into CW to repair and service the generator, which had been working fine up to this point. the generator would not start, they kept my rv for six weeks of the prime camping season. Finally after many phone calls and emails, they took the generator out so I could use the motor home. now I am told the generator will never run again, it can be rebuilt for six thousand dollars or replace for $6200 Just a very expensive lesson learned. never ever will I do business with this company. I can't help feeling used and beat to death from these people

Camping world is the worst rv dealer in the nation I bought a brand new montana 375flf and it's the biggest POS. Camping world has tried to fix the slides and the fridge a dozen times over this past year and it's still not right DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD OF BUFFALO

Did camping world build your RV? No they sell them.

You are probably one in 100 that have issues with a brand new RV. That is why there is a manufacturers warranty, so that the company that made it can cover any problems that they have unknowingly created.

Next time you buy a car that has a problem, be sure to blame the dealer that sold it to you. Pure ***!

I am a life time member of camping world and good Sams. We took our camper to Spartanburg SC. First time we were told to take it back home after pulling 36 foot camper up there. We called and took it back later. My husband told them to adjust and repair slides as needed and grease and pack wheel bearings. GOT a call camper was ready paid 438.46 for nothing. Took camper back I ask how did you grease and adjust slide? Slide would not even go out it was in a bind. They said well we did ,I said well you could not have and they became rude. Also I wonder if they did any thing at all to camper. Sorry Service now camper is at camping world again. If I had did this kind of work in a business I would have been fired and business would have went under. I feel I should have a refund on 438.00 labor that was not even done are pay less for this trip.

Camping World in Austin, Texas - Brake system

Camping world katy installed a roadmaster breakmaster braking system. A fuse in that system burned out. When replacing it I found that they had put a 10 amp fuse where a 25 amp was required. Check your fuses if you had a brake system installed there. This was a 3 day install that took 3 weeks to complete. They would call me to tell me they were having a problem, I would make a phone call to the manufacturer for the solution, call them back with the solution within minutes. Did not do any good. Probably just had too many jobs going and just stalled or just did not know what they were doing or some of both. Had a battery drain issue they said they fixed but did not. This all started around jan. 2013 and went on for a better part of that year. Cannot say things are better but I am not about to find out. It's been said by others that quality of work depends on who they hired that week.
