i HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD FROM MARCUS LEMONIS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IN MY LIFE... I purchased a 2007 Montana Mountaineer from KINGSTON NY CAMPING WORLD.. What a lemon...I used it two times and it broke down both times.. there were numerous issues with the unit..I complained and agreed to upgrade to a new unit..after driving 31/2 hours to get to CW to pick out a new unit and negotiate a price the Manager Charlie Barber(who was annoyed that I was even there) handed me the internet prices, with the highest interest rate..I was shocked, why would I drive 31/2 hours away to be handed the internet prices when I could of viewed them from the comfort of my couch.. I contacted CW customer service and emailed the not only the eastern regional manager Kevin Bostrom but I also emailed Marcus Lemonis..I've heard nothing ,nada, nunca, from either. Marcus's New SHOW THE PROFIT claims you have to make the customer happy you have too, trust and integrity is everything to him....really? no one has contacted me, I have begged them to please resolve my issue that I want my money back, I am a single woman and Marcus's CAMPING WORLD sure did take advantage of that. There was no honesty and integrity on there part!!

We are running into the same problems. Purchased a 26 ft Thor Labor day weekend.

Traded up the end of October to a 31 ft Jayco Grayhawk. Was suppose to be new. Why do we have waste in the black tank?? Repairs need to be done and we cannot get anywhere with there service dept.

Roanoke Camping World. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worse enemy.

$80,000 for a in my opinion must have been used RV. We cannot get anywhere with Camping World going to try Jayco and see if they will stand by there product.

I have the same complaint. Camping World should stick to selling toilet paper and supplies.

They are terrible at customer service when it is an Coach.

They suck and I would never buy there again. 2015 Challenger MSRP $165,000.00

Camping World in Pennsylvania - Poor service after the sell

Purchased new camper at rv show. After one use with the unit, we noticed 22 problems. When we dropped it off for the warranty work the service manager said, "only 22 problems, the last person before you had 46" I believe this is unexceptable behavior for an aledged professional business. Futhermore they have had my camper now for just about two months. I call, leave messages,no reply. Funny the only people who actually answer the phone is sales. Are family was so excited to be purchasing a new camper. After and really still dealing with camping world, we really wish that we wouldn't purchased the unit through camping world. My advise, if you think you should deal with camping world RUN.

Camping World in Las Vegas, Nevada - Order replacement awning

I went into camping world las vegas, and had my awning replacement approved by my insurance company. we were told it would take three weeks to make the awning, but when it came in, it turned out camping world ordered the wrong one! so it took three more weeks, then an additional week to put it on. camping world told my insurance adjuster the coach was ready to pick up, but when I went all the way to vegas, the manager refused to release it to me, because they had changed the price on my insurance replacement and never notified my insurance company! and they wouldn't accept my deductible without the insurance company pahying their part...but no one ever notified my insurance company there was an adjustment, so how could my insurance company pay the difference? seems every time I file a complaint, it is forwarded to camping world, and then they are believed over me! stay away from camping world, unless it is to buy products only!!! I will never get my coach fixed there again, nor will I recommend it, I will only tell my friends to run, don't walk, away...

agree he has no concept on how treat people, his techs finish a job and he's telling the customer he made it happen.

you can hear him from time to time pounding on his desk or yelling at his employees. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON REALLY HAS NO CLUE HOW

Camping World in Cape Coral, Florida - Campers World Corporate needs to care

Same bad service at the Fort Myers location every time we have been there! Sales and Parts and Sales and Installation are different. Sales and Installation person is trying to keep up with customers needs while standing right beside them are the Sales and Parts and they stand around chit chatting. Perhaps customer service is not being stressed in training or perhaps corporate doesn't think customer service is required since they have the monopoly on the RV business across the US. We took the coach in for new door awning on Dec. 10 of 2013 and didn't get coach back until Jan. 22 of 2014. The awning would not retract properly after a quick trip to the east coast of Florida. Campers World is wanting to charge $70. to look at it while it is still under warranty!

We went to Camping World in Avondale, AZ to purchase a used 5th wheel. It was great inside but needed a few fixes on the outside and a few adjustments inside. We then sat down to work out the financial side of things. The salesman wrote up what needed to be repaired on the unit and assured us these would be done. Then it was turned over to the financial manager. This is when the lying began in full force. She was suppose to submit our financial application to the bank currently holding the loan on our current RV. She never did but claims she did with a written statement a child would have written. Our credit report shows no such check from this bank. She was told we wanted a 15 year contract but tried to put us through a credit union for 10 years. What didn't she hear? Then she submitted it to a credit union that saved us from a big mistake. They came back that the unit was not worth nearly what Camping World was asking even if it had no damage. Camping World wanted $10,000 from us to make up the difference. Now why would I want to buy something that isn't worth what they are asking? I will never attempt to purchase an RV from Camping World again.

Camping World - Rv Review from Prescott, Arizona

On one particular day my husband and boys had gone down to Phoenix for another activity and before returning home visited Camping World of Mesa looking for a particular RV. The salesman walked them through and provided descriptive info and wished the boys well. On December 6, all for of us were down in Phoenix again for another activity. That morning we get down into town go sit and wait to speak with same salesman. Long story short, he seems helpful until we take another look at the same RV. He does everything to basically push us in and out of the tour like trying to win a sales race. He was pushy, arrogant, and downright rude. If I'm going to make a decision to buy such a vehicle, said salesmen and company better know Customer Service. Presently, you couldn't pay me enough to walk back into your business!

I believe the title of this is wrong. There are no Camping World stores in Prescott, AZ. Even the comments state Phoenix.

Camping World in Little Rock, Arkansas - Horrible! Buyer beware, they will sell you *** and assure everything is great with your RV

Horrible, buyer beware!!! We just bought a 2005 Grand Junction from Camping World of Little Rock, AR and truly wish it had all been a dream! First of all, we signed papers on a Thursday and scheduled orientation and delivery for the following Tuesday at 9 am. We received a call at 8:30 Tuesday morning asking to back up the time b/c they were waiting on a part to arrive. We live 2.5 hrs away so needless to say we were almost there. We were told everything would be ready by 1 that day. Finally, at 3:30 that afternoon we were done and on our way home. We paid $1500 for "inspection fees" to be done on this RV, it was to be cleaned and de-winterized. After getting it home we discovered the cleaning was only putting air fresheners throughout the RV and that's it. It was never de-winterized and surprise, surprise, the bathroom sink drain is leaking! Furthermore, I asked if there were any roof leaks and I was assured there were not, we just had a day of rain and the roof is leaking in two spots! Basically, we feel like we were screwed by this business! Do they not check the used RV's they are selling for leaks? I will never give them my business again or send any business their way! The only positive thing I have to say regarding them is that the delivery man was great and very helpful to us!

Camping world chicago lousy service

had several issues with a used fifth wheel 40 foot toy hauler, took it back for the problems, was told all was fixed,,,,,was not, stopped at the Birmingham location , they fixed what Chicago didn't, but I had to pay, had private contractor fix the other issues when I got to rv site in florida, paid out of my pocket, lots of phone calls I made to contact service department, salesman, manager, and lots of promised call backs were never made, ....do not buy a used trailer from them and definitely do not waste money on the extended warranty,,,very nice people, but most salespersons are,,,,lol,,,,,,very poor follow up and they are too busy to assist with your issues, they would rather sell new

Omg these people are getting sued. I could write a book on what they did to us.

22,000. later and still can not use our RV. they had it for over 7 mos. we took it somewhere else only to find we have a blown head gasket which will be another 10,000.

I am so mad i can not see stright. How do these people sleep at night ripping people off.

Camping World in Reston, Virginia - 2 ball faced lies in Lake City, Fl

Service manager lake city assured me I had to order a part for my 2014 thor thru the factory. Said could not be ordered aftermarket. This morn I discovered the part they ordered was aftermarket and now I have the same item coming in for the third time as since it was not ordered from factory the first two times and will not work or fit, I was assured by my parts clerk this morn it will be from factory and work. If i have to order number 4 it will come off a new unit on their lot. Unit has spent more time waiting on parts or supposed authorization from factory than on the road. I now question the delay by the factory for repairs as it may have just been the scape goat from lies by service manager
