Camping World - 2015 Keystone Bullet 31Bhpr Review from Labelle, Florida

We bought a brand new 2015 bullet premier 31bhpr travel trailer in November 2014. Nothing but problems ..... Heat doesn't work.... Camping world can't figure out how to fix it.... Now a/c doesn't work and tv antenna fell off the roof because the screws were loose. SAVE YOUR MONEY.... Don't buy from this place or get your unit serviced here...

Same thing here!! AC doesn't work, inverter went out, Whole thing is made cheap!!

CAMPING WORLD SERVICE SUCKS ***!!! Bought the rig in May 2015 has spent 3 months in there service department since then, both in Ft. Myers and Bartow, Still not fixed!!!

Plus while it was there last time they stole one of the gas pistons off the outdoor kitchen hatch!!

Worst experience EVER. Bought an RV at the show couple of weeks ago. Arrived to pick it up and was confronted with a rude person telling me we were blocking their lot. Then the keys they gave us were the wrong set. our keys were still in Kentucky! They put a new lock on it, it was crooked and they scratched the door putting it on. The sales people are rude and the service people have NO clue what they are doing. I asked for a gift card or some sort of compensation for our grief and one of the extremely rude sales guys said "that's not going to fix anything for you". They just don't care at this location. We will NEVER buy from them again!

Camping World in Kansas City, Missouri - How you treat potential customers could be undoing!

We were traveling west on I 70,near Grain Valley MO and we spotted the camping world sign, were having problems with our Aqua Hot heating system leaking anti-freeze and pulled in to ask for service. We found the lot overflowing with travel trailers and other RV's, we were blocked from pulling in by a truck towing a large travel trailer. Could not reverse due our SRX being behind our Class A Motor Home, then another truck arrived behind us blocking us in. I was inside and found what I assumed to be was a person in upper management, told him our situation and he kindly directed me to the service department. The service department informed me they did not work on Aqua hot units. They then instructed me to a tv dealer just across the interstate. Here's were things went wrong when I returned my wife informed me that employees had came and told her to move the RV's as we're blocking their entrance. These *** were rude that we were partially blocking the entrance. I was trying do the right thing by asking management for assistance. We made up our minds we will never spend another dollar at Campers World. The only thing these people will ever understand is a financial loss.

Camping World in Indianapolis, Indiana - Poor service and missing fuel

Nov 2014 - Dropped of my Class A Diesel for winterization, oil change and invertor check. Month later told job was finished. Upon arrival, it was determined job was not even completed and freeze damage. CW stated they would need my RV longer to complete the work. After calling weekly, they finally stated it was complete and I pick up my RV in Jan 2015. AS I turned on my engine, my fuel light was on and buzzers ringing. How in the world do I bring a full 100 gallon tank to service only to get it back below empty.

This guy is an obvious *** and Every thing in America is not good enough for him or apparently Japan. Open your own store fool.or even better let us all know where you have worked and we will take the time to pick on anything that is not up to our standards.It's a shame that whiners like you dont take the time to comment when things get done right or when someone goes the extra mile for you.Of course you wouldn't because then your not the center of the universe and wouldn't get everything for free....you and your kind are what's wrong with the world.I'm sure if we delved into your past we would have plenty to belly ache about....CLOWN.

Camping World - Online ordering, no more!

Buying with a debit card on an item that was back-ordered, they hit my card with a "Pre-authorization" of $95.00 on a $104.00 order the day before they shipped. Then the day they shipped, they hit it again for $104.00. In contacting these ***, "it's their policy to pre-authorize before shipping". the Pre-auth remains ON THE CARD FOR SIX DAYS, so in essence, I don't have access to that money. What they COULD do is charge the card for the order, then if it doesn't clear, NOT TO SHIP THE ORDER!! No more online orders with these yahoos, and I would suggest anyone else not to either.

It must be a problem in all of the Camper World stores, I have had the same experience, from poor service in the repair shop to lies from the salesman. He was incompetent and really did not know what he was doing.

He tried to deliver a camper that we did not order. He started off saying that this camper was a better choice because the exterior held up better than the smooth laminated type. When I said that was the kind we had ordered, he immediately tried to recover and said he meant it the other way around.

I just wish that I had walked right then. It would have saved us a lot of money and grief.

CAMPING WORLD IS THE DEVIL IN DISGUISE, AT LEAST IN GREENWOOD, IN!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AFTER THE SALE!!!!

We bought our $80K 5th wheel toy hauler after seeing it at an Expo show. However, after we got it home, less than 2 months we started having issues. The living room slide out gears went out. It would not go back in. They wanted us to bring to them. We explained that was not possible since we couldn't get the slide out back in. After "arguing" for awhile they agreed to send someone pick it up. They had the camper approx 3 months. When we got it back there were screws they did not put back in, our wood trim around bar was chipped, the a/c vent had fell out from the ceiling and broke. The first year we had the camper Camping world had it 8 months out of the 12!!! After we got it back within a couple months the slide out gears messed up again. We had them come back to pick it up, after several heated phone conversations. This was in November 2013, we explained we needed it back by January 2014 for a business show we were going to. Called them and again several calls later they finally say it is done. We go to pick it up and our batteries were missing, propane tanks were empty, the slide out was NOT fixed! Our show was in Indianapolis, IN so we told them we HAD to have it and after the show they could pick it back up at the fair grounds and fix it! They came and picked it up and had it approx 3-4 months, our first time out camping for the season in 2014 the slide out messed up again! We have been trying to get them to come get it again and fix it but they are saying our warranty has run out and it will cost us. Needless to say my husband has been on the phone with corporate and anyone else but to no avail. Our next step is to get a lawyer and sure them. It is ridiculous that we make monthly payments on something that we can't even use!!! What is even more ridiculous is CAMPING WORLD and their customer service after the sale!!! Like most of the comments I have read, we have never had such disrespectful service and you would think when you spend that much money they would be very appreciative but they are not. While we have "bought" our camper in May 2013 we have had the same issue starting that summer STILL NOT FIXED and they have had our camper more than we have!!!

I purchased a rv from camping world in okc ok the salesma name was dean Wilson first off he paid no attention to things I pointed out that was wrong with the rv. I got nothing but lies about what he was going to do brought the rv out and the power Jacks wouldn't work to even get the rv off the truck.he told me that they would fix the shower hose that was almost crimped off that was a lie,told me they would fill up propane tanks,that was a lie empty tanks and no heat in january,just dropped off trailer and then wouldn't take my calls so a word of advice don't buy anything from Dean Wilson he is a straight liar

Camping World in Belleview, Florida - Spent 140 K $ for the worst product and service dept ever.

Some of the problems are with Itasca ,most are with Camping World of Summerfield, FL. It is the most messed and incompetent group of so called service personnel people ever. Starting with the service manager and finishing with the service advisers and technicians. They cant balance tires or align a front end had to take it to Orlando FL 140 mile round trip left it for a week. Another trip to get it, at 6.5 miles per gal plus our car ,that's a lot of cost we took it to Orlando for a shake down cruise of a few days .We had plumbing leaks in shower lose clamps ,bedroom TV would lose its programing got less channels than front TV, the Jack antenna does not compare at all to a Winegard antenna. Front drivers window wont lock, stabilizing jacks leaked fluid on ground left for repairs and some were fixed others were dismissed . went on 10 K trip out to San Francisco while on US 80 in Wyoming the buss suddenly took a left turn and tipped up I saved it and pulled off the road We opened the door to go inspect and the awning was fully extended. An electric one had gone bad part of a recall by Dometic it would not come back in .A motorist pulled over and between the 3 of us we got the awning back in and secured it with rope .He had the same problem him self .Called Good Sam they sent us back 50 miles to a repair shop that could do most repair's I had them drill holes in awning frame and screw it together so it wouldn't come apart their estimate was at least 2 weeks to get parts in, I paid them 100 $ for the temporary repairs he did not do warranty labor. .Rest of trip was un-event full. Took bus to CW and left it .it was weeks later we found out they hadn't ordered it ,the service writer quit and nobody followed up on his tickets, then we got a lady for an advisor and she said it was now ordered but that took weeks to get it in. and than after broken promises they said they could not get new one to retract fully I told them to go look at same bus on their lot and compare many phone calls were made promises of completion were made and phone calls were seldom returned it They moved completion to next day ,next day etc. they claimed Dometic said remove a part and it would work it did but they ordered another one claimed it was defective and had damage to it . We went on another trip to Connecticut, The heater AC would turn on and the gas heat would turn on also even though the temperatures were only in the 50's & 60'S,TV reception was poor. In the course of 2 months at their shop we could not go any where. We had many electric problems with the converter 120 AC source breakers kept tripping never found out why. On one trip we lost all lighting and then found out that a third breaker was in the system, We finally found it under the fridge .the trim around one side of the bed came off the molding. the shower door would not close with out some effort .The leveling jacks *** downward after sitting a few days . a light came on dash that jacks were down when they were up ,one camera failed momentarily while backing up put deep scratches in rear paint from hitting a palm tree. They want 1800$ to repaint several foot long marks .drivers window still doesn't lock. TV lift failed 2 times finally they fixed the TV reception problem and replaced the radio CD player I had to reinstall TV in bedroom my self it is still a pile of trouble. The lady who was our advisor said loudly to another advisor she could not put up another day with complaining customers any more right at the service desk. That happens to be the job I am always polite in spite of the troubles. got told by service manager that he had a recording of me cussing out an advisor but couldn't produce it That is something I just don't do .one of the frequent replies is we couldn't duplicate the problem. Or its fixed and a few days later its broke . I am disgusted with them would necer buy from them again

I also had an $8500 loss do to this campingworld but after researching I've found that it seems ALL the camping worlds are ripping people off as if the "PROFIT" is training is personal to take $ at all cost . They are face to face liars cheaters and thieves ruthless worse than any corner car lot .
