I bought a class c rv at camping world in colfax in February it now April and I still don't have it back. The windows won't open and they keep telling me that they won't fix them I am still trying to get my tags. They have the paper work all screwed up.went to get it to take care of it and they gave me someone else's paperwork.told me it had gas and electric water heater well now it is going to cost another 200.dollars to put in a electric heater element because it turns out it is only gas. The list goes on . Seay away from camping world. After the sale service sux.

Camping World in Woodstock, Georgia - Title issues, disrespectful sales reps, warrenty isdues

As of ten days ago I finally received my total and tags from Arizona. The problem there was that it took over a month just to submit the paperwork; once that was done it was returned to CampingWorld simply because they didn't send a check for taxes or the tags nor did they properly fill out the paperwork.

Once that was done, I received my tags in two weeks.

As to my warranty issues, this problem remains. I did purchase an extended warranty but to date I still have not received that paperwork nor have shake down repairs been done.

They are telling me they need for my unit to stay up to 30 days to repair very simple, one day, problems. I can't do this as I live and travel full time with the unit purchased.

It purchased a new CrossRoads a Travel Trailer from Campingworld in Columbia S.C. And will never due business with this company again! 1st. The sales representative kept addressing me as Ma'am, her or she. Clearly I am male and after about the 5 th time he addressed me as a female, I clearly asked him, just what about me is female?, he never acknowledged the question other than saying, "I did?" And continued address me as female at different times throught this process. 2. My delivery time for the RV was at 10 am the following Monday, I drove away at 4:30 p.m. that day. 3. The title work that is to be done now has exceeded 60 days, my bank nor I have title or license plates, in fact AZ doesn't even have any paperwork recorded as being received. I am still dealing with this process! 4. There are minor and major issues that this unit came out of the factory with that have NEVER HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE RECORDED ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY! I will never due business again with Camping World nor Crossroads Trailers. Josh Dean one pissed person!

Camping World in Duluth, Georgia - Warranty issue

I had a brand new ONAN generator installed at CW Oakwood Georgia that I paid over $5500 that included a 3 year warranty. I had regular maintenance scheduled with them. After the last service it didn't sound right so I made an appointment to have them look at it. I waited over an hour after which time they sent me to an ONAN dealer to repair the problem without even looking at it. The ONAN dealer informed me that they should have repaired it under warranty as i purchased it from there. Highly upset and will not be doing any business with them in the future. People, product and process broken at this CW Mr. Lemonis.

Camping World - Online Chair purchase to Canada

Purchased 2 chairs online from Camping World US site. Chairs arrived on time straight from the manufacturer. They arrived broken through UPS. UPS says it was improper packaging, supplier says its the shippers fault and Camping World who took my money just sends you in circles through there own office until you give up. Their site invites international shoppers and even asks how can they make it a better experience. I got it, deliver what you promised, product to my door in one piece. on the 4th call CW finally said we don't take international returns at our cost. Costs more to return than the original purchase and you can't return to their retail stores. Nice Job Camping World!

Camping World - Double charging for the same item

Today I was finally made aware of the reason that CW double charges for the same item. CW charges the actual amount once the item is ordered than also charges the full amount for the same item including shipping and tax. This happened twice each time I was told this was an anomaly, however today it happened for the third time and I was told this is the way the system works. In this world of less than forthright company's looks like CW also can not be honest with their customers. So for me, I am done with CW and you should be too!

Greetings: I' am Keith D. Lord and over the past few months we have required warranty & regular service on our 5th wheel. First off with items concerning the regular service all were handled as requested & with great attention to detail by Todd. Suggestions were given to help extend service life of components & well as some cost cutting options and new equipment. All of these items were what we have come to expect from Todd, he has handeled other repairs & insurance claims in the past. Second & what I fell most important for the customer is the manner in which he handled extended warranty issues. as you are aware most of these companies try at every turn to short cut the consumer. Todd, I feel went out of his way to have rulings on our side. In my some 45 yrs of RVing I have had many RVs serviced & repaired all were done in a fair manner. Each time we have had any type of service done at your facility Todd has been our rep & has done an outstanding job at every turn. Please take a moment to thank Todd on behalf of myself & my wife for making service & warranty repairs a very easy operation. Very disappointed in the service dept.at camping world Nashville.where do i start.crack in shower when purchased carried back to replace they did BUT also put shower focet upside down didnt seal under shower doors so in order to take shower you have to fold towels in floor also had washer combo put in closet they broke one door and the other one is so close to door you cant get detergent in property. bought this unit new 2015 had back there 6 or 7 times have been waiting 6 months to get all parts in to be repaired its there now what was gonna take at most 2 days has now turned into 5 would not even give one star

Developed a water leak in a slide out on our motor home. This started back in October of 2014. I took the motor home to Camping World for repairs as I had an extended warranty with them. I expected good service as they both sell and service RV's That was not the case. After 3 visits they still have no been able to fix it. Between the extended warranty and myself we have spent over $1700.00 trying to get it fixed. Their location in Oakwood Ga. has not been able to fix it. Now they want me to spend even more money while they try different things. DO NOT go there for service

Camping World in Fort Myers, Florida - Service department charged for repairs that were never done!

Asked camping world to do a complete check up on a travel trailer. Lower antenna and fix, fix roof vents. Charged a couple of hundred dollars. We pick up trailer in a crowded parking lot. They drop it off behind cars. We hitch up to move then are asked to keep pulling out as it is a traffic jam. We haul to out storage facility check work. Roof vent one still broken roof vent two still clogged and filled with leaves. They supposedly fixed a shower head and a rusted piece for the fridge. Based on the blatant roof vents not getting done my guess is we were taken for 800 bucks! I will never go to camping world again! What a scam
