Camping World in Basin, Wyoming - Poor Customer Service - Logistics

Placed an order on May 20, 2015. Received two smaller items (cheap)in two separate shipments. The expensive item was not received. Called on 6/4 was told it showed "picked" in their system but no tracking number meaning package would be sent soon. Called 6/11/15 as still have not received the main item in order. Told again the system has been picked but no shipment number or tracking number. Well that would mean it hasn't been shipped to me!! Asked for it to be escalated since we have been holding our vacation for this part. Was not allowed to discuss matter with supervisor/manager. Left an email of complaint on website. Received a call told to call another number on 6/12 in the afternoon and they could help. Called that number today and apparently it was a retail store who couldn't even get into that system and was confused as to why their number was given to me. Called Customer service again today on 6/12 and everytime you call, you have to wait over 20 minutes to get someone . Well once again was told it was picked and no other info available and the CS is getting slammed.. Person made a note in system and could not say if I would get a call back today. Since it has been over THREE weeks with the same information, I asked what I had to do to request a refund of my money. The CS rep had the nerve to tell me that a refund was not possible as the items had been PICKED.. Are you freakin kidding me??? I haven't received the item, it hasn't been shipped and now I can't get my money back.. Wrong Answer!!! We will get this straight one way or another BUT I will NEVER buy anything from camping world ever again.

Camping World - Ultra Sway Control Review from Farragut, Tennessee

Ordered 2 Ultra Fab Sway controls on June 14th. Paid in full. Camping World canceled the order June 18th, no reason given. Called 3 different times to check on the order before I was told that the order had been canceled. Had to ask for my money to be refunded. Was told 2 to 5 business days for refund. Still no money. Had to call Discover card to process a dispute with Camping World. Never again will I do business with Camping World!!

Camping World in Nevada, Iowa - Lairs,bought 100K rv awning no work promised to repair.

#1 Caution. READ THE BOTTOM LINE of the contract the service person has you sign before any work is done. IF you put your RV or Trailer on their property>THEY OWN IT until you pay and are not responsible if ANY thing happens, ie: damage, theft, etc. IF Waiting for parts and your unit is not drivable they will/can charge storage fees. Nothing is guaranteed IF they accidently do a repair. ASK to have a broken part returned-they might return anything they have on hand from somebody else 3 try's on awning. They evade a direct question or never answer!!

I ordered the Travask sleepsack on May 30th. The website said then, and still says it is in stock and available for shipping. I get a daily email telling me it's back-ordered. I have spent 30 minutes a day on the phone trying to get someone to pick up the phone so I can even ask what the story is --- after 30 minutes I give up and try again the next day. THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD! I also tried the online help and got one email in response saying they were having problems with a new system... that's all they said, no information about my order. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order for an item on 1 June. Today is 11 June and it has not even moved yet!! I've called everyday and get the same ***...blah blah blah the computers are down, the warehouse is behind. Don't patronize me!!! Very rude employees, will not let you speak to supervisors or anyone higher up. I will never do any business with this company again!! Then online you are not able to locate phone numbers for any higher up managers, etc. I'm still looking though! Even the store employees are rude when you ask for help with an order. But they're sure happy to take your money!!!

Camping World in Conroe, Texas - Poor customer service.... well no customer service

Placed a small order 2 weeks ago for 32" wiperblades, you would figure that they would have those in stock. received conformation that they received the order and it was processed. after 1 week I checked website for delivery status and it said "processing". I made contact (after sitting on eternal hold 25 minutes) with a sales rep that stated that they had indeed shipped and I should see then very soon. Yesterday I still have not seen the parts I attempted to get someone on the phone, and again sat on hold for 35+ minutes and finally hung up.I have sent 2 emails to their "customer service" with no response. They do not care.

July 10 went to pick up my RV, batteries dead, had to charge everything before I could test slides. they only replaced 3 lines when I paid to have ALL hydroulic lines replaced .

they said the others were OK I had enough of Camping World so I just took it home 143 miles later my right rear wheel was so hot it was smokeing so bad it almost caught fire I took it to another repair shop and paid again to have a frozen caliper and rotor ,seals, and bearings replaced I am taking Camping World to court over this. Marcus Lemonus E-mail is useless , I will never step foot in a C.W store again I am not renewing Motor Home mag, or my insurance or road service I will be spreading the word about this terrible outfit and we will see them in court.

June 12 WE made the 4hr trip to camping world kingston the motor home sat in the back lot untouched for 6 weeks, not only that, the rear panel was damaged and cracked I left a perfect motor home now it needs bodywork. I went there just to pick it up and get it out of there I had to leave it for body work now after much screaming I had to agree to leave it far another 4 weeks.

The manager Mr Lenahan hid in the restroom the entire time never came out he made his assistant eat a *#@$* sandwich . Assistant did his job, quiet us down and get us out out the st ore , He happened to be a nice guy now we will see what happens in 4 weeks

had brakes done and hydraulic lines replaced on my coach abs light wont go off and hydraulic lines broke at fittings and are leaking. NO response from camping world 20 -30 e-mails and phone calls I have yet to get a return call they have my coach a total of 4 months. Marcus Lemonus response team means nothing it all hipe, they send apologizes and thats all I have been dealing with them since last June, I bought this motor home in June of 2014 and have not used it one time.Im just making payments to the bank and camping world

I tried calling your Oakwood, GA store to get information on a 2012 Itasca Elipse 42QD in Oakwood, GA 30566 Stock #: ORV1215822 Calling the number on the listing (866) 266-9584 and calling the number on one of the 300 email Justin Downing has sent me 888.469.6599 results in a 1980's style automated attendant. I never got an answer when I selected RV Sales. I finally got a parts person to answer the phone. I asked her 4 times for the general managers cell phone and was promised a real person; only to be transferred to "Rob" who was more interested in trying to get me contact number than helping me. This is how this company expects to sell 200K RV's? A freaking customer service nightmare.

Camping World in San Francisco, California - Non-existent customer service

I placed an order for some rv parts.I received a confirmation e-mail that they received the order.Two weeks later I had no parts,I inquired as to where the parts are.I should note that customers spend an average 10 minutes on hold to speak with a service rep.Service rep.said system had a problem he would call back in 15-20 minutes.he never called.2 days later and 10 more minutes on hold I cancelled my order.3 days later the order arrived,I have now tried on two occasions to get a return number,10 minutes on hold each time,they told me on Saturday I would have to wait for someone to call me back on Monday,It is now Tuesday afternoon,no one has called and when I call their Customer Service number I get a prompt that the number is disconnected.WTF is next?
