Camping World in Jacksonville, Florida - I guess my service was typical

I'm refurbing an older TT, as I discover what needs to fixed, I am ordering parts and pieces. Placed order via internet, received robo email acknowledgement of order, and I would receive an update on my order as it progressed. Never got another email, waited 5 business days to email CW, no response. 7 business days called, 1st call, was on hold 29 mins. 2nd call on hold 35 mins, gave up. I get an email, one item back ordered, ok, what's the status of the rest of the order, you going to hold it until the b/o piece comes in? No response. Fed up, sent repeated emails to cancel total order, response, thank you for signing up for our email list. ?????? Order showed up today (2 days after I canceled all) minus the b/o item. I will NEVER deal with these yos again. I have placed 2 orders with other another supplier, 3 business days max from order to having it in hand. Guess who will get all business from now on. Camping World - Mr no guts Marcus Lemonis

You received a very strong letter and handed it to your lying flunkies. The Valencia ca store repaired damage to my mot. orhome in the amount of $ 6200 plus. They had it off and on for several months last year. They painted the portion the wrong color ,damaged my floor,drank my scotch and stole my vodka. The biggest thang they forgot to attach the locking pen that holds the tow bar in place causing it to come loose on the freeway in Hesperia. Your lying staff told me it was my fault for not checking the tow bar locking pen.stated I lying about what happened . But said they would fix the floor bot I had to find the repair person.

My brother n law bought a new Coleman pull behind 2 years ago. And bought an extended warranty we'll now it's floor and wall is rotted out. He used it 3 times and they want fix it. Bought it north of mobile al. What good is a warranty if you have to pay 4500 plus 2000 extra for the *** warranty we will never buy anything from them again I don't give a *** if it's free. I drive tour busses for country music artist we go there no more I will pass the word around the bus companies not to buy from them again.... Camping world is dead wrong said it was leaking from the seams it was his job to check them every month or so. Heck he barley can walk let alone crawl on top and they told him the extended warranty would cover anything yea right

Ordered an item that showed in stock but after 5 days it still showed as "Processong Prder." After callling I was informed it was due to their new computer system. Customer Service said it would be 10 -14 days before it shipped. They sure charge your credit card fast enough to but can't get merchandise out the door? I cancelled order and now I got a notice informing me they have issued a credit for $15.00 of the 132.00 order. I have no idea what is going on but they better refund the total amount. Steer clear of CampingWorld.....

After 2 weeks my order status is still "packing". I have tried calling Customer "Service" but after 4 tries with holds over 30 minutes each time I gave up.

I emailed Customer "Service" twice and have not received a response. I will never never order anything from this Co.

again.

Camping World in Anderson, Indiana - Online order not received. No response from customer service except I'm Sorry

I placed an order on 06/08/15. I checked the status several times and the status seemed to be stuck on In Process. I called customer service on 06/16/2015 which the only service that could be offered was to say I'm sorry over and over. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one with this problem. When ordering from the web site it indicated that all items were in stock and ready to ship. SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD TO ME. The bad part is I'm only 20 minutes from a store and had I know in advance I would have gone there.

Camping World in Washington, District Of Columbia - Online order not received. No response from customer service

Placed an order on 5/24/15. Checked status several times because status seemed to be stuck onI Process. I sent several emails using Contact Us on site, but got no answer. After very long wait I spoke with customer service. They said they just got a new computer system, but that my order had been shipped. Only received some of the order. Again tried emails. Now I get a status of Back Ordered, with no expected ship date or other information. Again tried email, but no answer. Called again and complained about order, no response to emails, long wait on phone, and online status that shows Packing. response was that new system was causing problems and caused increase in call wait times. Really disappointed. Don't order anything you need or want soon.

Agreed to sell my camper on consignment. Their profit, above mine was ridiculous- wanted $4,000 above my price. They agreed to detail and give an estimate for repairs- said my furnace was non working- wanted $129/hr. just to find out what the problem was. Just to fix all the repairs and the estimate to fix the problem was over $1700! That didn't include actually "fixing" the furnace. One of the problems was the handle for the tv antenna, which my husband fixed in less than five minutes. My camper was never detailed unless you consider this "detailing". See picture I included.

On june 6th i called to see if camping world in little rock had a part for my camper.. They said yes as i asked how much it was and asked if they would match the internet price the gentleman saud yes..i was planning on looking at some campers. Today june 13 never been to this place before drove from malvern ar to pick up the part... As i got to the counter i told the lady at the register that i called last week and a gentleman said they would match the internet price. She said you had to be a member to get that price.. I said why didnt he tell me that i drove all this way to pay more than i would have in hotsprings..a lady even ask her if she could use her membership and she said no. I wasted gas , more money than i would have paid going closer to home.. I will never buy a camper from them. Please beware you have to have a membership..amy farber

Scam lying fraud.. Purchased a GPS one day ago. GPS failed and locked up. Went to exchange it at another store and they wanted to charge me more money. I said no, just refund me my money.They then refunded my money except for $30. I said return all my money. I talked to Alan the store manager. He said they would. So I went to the counter to get the rest of my money and the sales person said i cant refund the money, you have to call the 800 number. I then called the 800 number and they told me the store has to credit me the money. Called the store asked to have Alan the store manager call me back. He never returned my call. This company and Alan are all about theft and lies. After we caught them lying, the company said they would send me a check for $25 via mail. Very poor customer service....remember all i wanted was to originally exchange the one day old gps for a new one and this was the bs i had to go through....

Camping World in Los Angeles, California - Order not pocessed in a timely manner

Placed an order for two items. Received confirmation that the order was submitted. Never heard from them again. No notification of order status. Called their customer service line. First time waited 15 minutes and gave up. Second time waited 27 minutes and talked to a representative who promised an order status within two days. Never came. Sent an e-mail - no response. Called back again and waited 34 minutes, was put on hold, and then talked to a supervisor who was not helpful. Cancelled order. Worst company online service I have ever had. Their excuse -- their too busy. Perhaps purchasing from another company will mitigate their problem of being too busy. I do not plan on doing any further business with these guys.
