New 2015 keystone Springdale SG 311 air conditioner not cooling/ freezing up/ getting run around from customer service/ purchased with a broken cabinet was assured that would be fixed ASAP it's been its been 70 days and still don't have the parts. It has been a disappointment and will think twice before I buy another camper from camping world and I will not buy another Springdale - we've have shower leak, awning leak, kitchen counter coming loose. This is our third trip and after each trip it goes back to shop, last time we were assured air was fixed , it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned" well we're in Florida and miserable, my husband is out looking for portable air conditioner now. We'll see what happens next week.

Issue still not resolved. Camper has been in shop for five weeks - this is camping world of olive branch Mississippi.

I posted complaint from campsite in Alabama.

Called 3 times yesterday and left messages, no return calls!, customer service sucks!!! Stay away

Camping World in New Braunfels, Texas - Robbing the unsuspecting

I had a leaky slideout seal. Went to camping world and ordered it. It came in 2 weeks, not to bad. Being unfamiliar with how to install, I asked for a quote to see if I would have them do the installation or do it my self. The Service manager quoted me 4 hours at $125 per hour. I obviously decided to do it myself. With an old step ladder, I replaced the seal in one hour by myself without having a clue going in how to do it. If you go there not understand the requirements for different services, buyer beware!

Camping World - Long hold times - POOR Customer Service

The order we placed was in "processing" status forEVER! When we tried to call (a total of 3 times), we couldn't get through as there was an auto attendant telling me how important our business was to them, to please hold, but they never answered the phone!! My husband finally used his speaker phone at work, continued working - - it took 50 minutes to pick up the call and talk with him. He ultimately canceled the order. That's ridiculous! We will NEVER, EVER use them or order from them again. I would rather pay a higher price and be treated as a valued customer. Thanks, Ellen

I was on hold the second time for 28 minutes, 25 minutes the first time, when she answered I asked so does the phone not ring until the customer is n hold for at least 20 minutes, she said your lucky I have 87 people on hold currently, wow and to top it off she thought it was funny...you decide..

Camping World in Seattle, Washington - Ordered lights 3wks later still not shipped

I ordered lights from camping world for my RV on 6/2/15 today is 6/23/15 and they are still processing. I contacted Camping world on Friday 6/19 and was told they would ship for sure Monday 6/21 they are still processing today 6/23. My first call to camping world Friday the 19th resulted in a 29min hold time and a gentlemen who assured me the lights would ship Monday. Today I was on hold the first time 42min, I hung up and called the complaint line and have now been on hold 37:02. I am trying to cancel my order with camping world as I have re ordered the lights through Amazon for $2 cheaper and they will arrive in 2days free of shipping I might add. I will never do business with camping world again! order# 15149180

Trust Me--Buy your Travel Trailer from LazyDays or any other dealer. You will regret your purchase the minute you sign the dotted line if you purchase from the most unprofessional, poorly run company with NO customer service or respect from even the highest supervisors of the company. We had contact with all upper-level management over the last year +. Don't think for a minute that you will hear from the CEO or that he or his "crew" care that you invested your money and hours of time. They lie and cheat. They do not correct issues with their products, they blame each other and will keep your unit for months. They cause additional damage and act like it's common practice. This is the worst R.V. buying experience we have ever shared--( owned 5). As a 2 teacher family, I assure you, we are honest and hard-working individuals. Please take this review seriously. You will be disappointed and disgusted if you purchase from any Camping World--especially in Dover Fl.

I wish i had researched Camping World before my purchase!!! I was happy with the initial purchase but the minute i needed service the nightmares began.

Had my coach for a week and needed warranty work for leaking slide and windshield. We are going on 2 month of it in their shop and cannot seem to get an answer as to when i can expect it to be done. I followup each week and am getting the same stories, waiting on approval( Untrue as i have called the manufacturer) , we are waiting on parts (also untrue as the manufacturer will tell you when parts have been ordered).

This is the worst customer service i have received in 49 years of life. Stay away from Camping World!!!

I have been going there for a while now and only experienced great service , several times they have gone above and beyond , I can only think you must be a winer or not pleas able !

It's been 28 days then I finally called customer service to see what going on with my order. The service rep said it has not been shipped ,mean time I waited on the phone 29 minutes, I could not believe that I waited that long an it has not been shipped they suck since good Sam took over it has not been the same.i could go to the store a got the item I wanted faster then they would ship it very dissatisfied with them. Specially Customer service if I did not call they would have forgot, they need to hire more people to run the company better

Camping World in Waldorf, Maryland - SUCKS!!! Very unprofessional

I ordered a part, and have gone through the same run around as the rest of you. over two and a half hours on hold over a three-day period, was hung up on when once some one finally answered the phone. I have been charged but have received no notification of conformation. Three weeks later and still no part, no conformation, no returned e-mails and no answered phone calls. these people are unprofessional at the least and more likely crooks. need one hundred words so here we go, sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks, and last but not least, never again!

Camping World in Valdosta, Georgia - 6 weeks for a 45 point inspection!!

Took in for yearly check up and to buy a tow dolly. 6 weeks later $6000 and still didn't get it right. Didn't even have tow dolly put together after 6 weeks then forgot to wire it. They have had to come up 3 times to fix their mess ups. Left motor home with grease all over light switches and we don't even know if they did the 45 point inspection. Lost our 30 amp cord. Would never go back to camping world in Valdosta GA. Joel Willis just left here and he is the only good thing at camping world.
