Camping World of North Little Rock has very poor customer service in the service and repairs dept and are very impossible to deal with. Not only can they not keep the same employees for whatever reason, but when your repairs are not completed properly or at all, they will tell you that they will make it good, but they don't. You just get the run around until you just give up, and decide to never do business with them again. They do not care!!!!!

Camping World Katy, Tx False Advertising,shady business practices

Heartland Torque Toyhauler advertised at 35ft. Made arrangements to go pick the RV up on Tuesday 13th. Drove 177 miles and stayed in a hotel. Next morning went by to finish the paper work. Checked the RV and found the brochure inside referred to the Rv as 34ft. Salesman Sarge and I messured the Rv to be 39ft. Drove back home 177 miles. No apology given! Sorry business practices. Came home and looked up the ad again and found that before I got home they changed the length to 39ft. Go figure.

Harrisburg Camping world Sucks

We took our 2016 in for repairs missed at the walk thru,waited 30 days for an appointment,then told when dropping off our coach we would have to wait longer for repairs.They never repaired all the items we requested that needed fixing.The items they said they repaired were not correct and stole things from our coach.Thank you campingworld for ruining our experience.The service department should close for the good of campers everywhere.We feel for a company that services campers they should do it correctly the first time and not treat us like idiots.

Camping World - Website Review from Stockbridge, Georgia

Ordered a cover for our Camper from the website. After 2 weeks there was no update. Contacted customer service and was told it was on backorder until the following month. Waited 2 more weeks and called customer service again, this time they said it was on backorder until the end of the next month....they charged my card the day the order was placed. Customer service stated that this is typical of the cover manufacturers, but they won't post it on the website....they just want your money

Redemption of Camping World Jacksonville FL

I filed a complaint about Camping World of Jacksonville FL charging me in excess of $700 to replace a spark plug and air filter on my auxiliary generator. The work was performed in November/December 2015. Today the manager called me and asked me what he could do to make the situation correct in service and satisfaction. I told him I was willing to pay a fair price for the work performed but had reservations for the charges and time needed to make the repairs. He cut a check to reimburse me for the excessive charges above the actual necessary repairs. I am now a "Happy Camper".

No accountability! Camping World Lakewood,NJ

I bought a new 2015 Winnebago Navion from Lakewood a year ago and a couple of times I started Onan generator and died after 5min. I took to Onan under warranty and is the fuel line from coach. Camping World Lakewood,NJ will not fix problem. It's just a kink in fuel line and they said they don't do generators "Really" it's the Fuel line from the coach. A mistake made in production. I bought new for the warrantys and no one wants to step up and fix small problem. DO NOT BUY from LAKEWOOD,NJ or PURCHASE WINNEBAGO. Kvngall@hotmail.com

They are professional liers and we need to band together as consumers and stop them. I bought a new camper 3 years ago and used it for 6 days its been in shop ever since the service girl Stephany accused me of lying, and has been awful and wont return calls ... Im out 24000 and they won honor any warranty.

Camping World in Merritt Island, Florida - Does anyone work in parts???

Just try contacting their parts dept by phone (877-738-2398). I only reach someone once out of every four tries or so. You are supposed to leave a message, and when you do they never call back. I finally reached the parts manager, and she could not even find her team, so she too had me leave yet another message. Amazing. This company is owned by a man who has a great TV show (The Profit) which fixes broken process in companies. It looks like he needs to do a little work on his own company. When I have gone into the store (after giving up on calling) I always feel like I am walking into someones private clubhouse. As I near the parts counter, I am usually greeted with a disinterested look, start telling the salesperson what I need only to be interrupted by another employee that takes my salesperson away to help them find something. I really am starting to hate going to the store except it is the only one for miles around, and the closest competitor is not much better.

Camping World - Website Review from Walnut Creek, California

Went in to buy a fifth wheel we found online that listed on their website for $25,995. After I looked at it in person, seeing the same price tag hanging inside the camper, I was told that is a website price. That the walk in price is $33,000. I said that I will buy it online then and the salesman told me that it will still be $33,000. and that "we do the low prices on the internet to get people to come in". Will NEVER do business with a company that lies and cheats customers.
