Camping World in Bartow, Florida - CW put my family and my life in danger by selling a "lemon" coach

Purchased a used coach in August 2015 from CW in Bartow/Tampa with around 38k miles on it. Had problems with it since the day I purchased it. Took it back to the dealership immediately, and they had to even come to my home to pick it up and take it back to their shop.-took them 3 times to fix it (or so I thought). Leak, generator wouldn't stay running, carpets were supposed to be cleaned, (but weren't), etc. Now, the brake lines went out while we were driving (per the CW where it was towed to- all the lines are rusted through to the point where pieces of it broke off when touching them). I have only put 75 miles on this coach since I have owned it-and keep it in covered storage. I had to have it towed to a different CW. It is been there for 5 weeks now, because I cant get a response from one of the GMs at the Bartow/Tampa store regarding correcting the issues. I have emailed and left voice mails numerous times. I purchased the unit with these existing safety issues, problems, etc, (and they obviously didn't do any type of inspections on the coach before they sold it). They are refusing to correct the problems. My family and I could have died if the brake lines went out if we were driving any faster. Classless management, shameful customer service, horrible service department. I will be taking this further up the chain. I have all documentation, emails, photos, etc. Repairs for the brake lines alone are $2k, generator still doesn't work, and underbody of coach has existing rust (a lot of it).

Camping World in Fort Myers, Florida - Run the other way!

This place was the worst experience that I have ever had in trying to buy anything! I called a head of time to make sure they had the model that I wanted to purchase before driving two hours. Jason the sales person told me they had it on the lot. We drove there and he told the lady at the front desk he did not have time for us as we stood right beside her. She let him know that we were the people that called. No polite words such as I am finishing up with a customer and will be glad to see you next. We thought we would let him finish with his customer and go look at the toy hauler ourselves while waiting. Unfortunately, they were all locked up and we could not find the model we wanted to buy. After a long time we decided to find some help. Another sales person said they did not have that model in yet. It was on order. Jason came around the corner and acknowledge that he was wrong about it being on the lot. Mistakes happened and I was ready to let that go even though it cost us half a day. Then Jason made himself quite clear that he did not have time for us. He then called out to other sales people to help us like we were at an auction! We were shocked at how we were treated by Jason. After three sales people said they had other things to do and they were not interested, we stood there realizing that there is no way that we would let this place have our business! I am glad that we figured this out before giving them about $65,000. I am guessing that no one there realized we were ready to buy!

I bought a Jenson tv. I was given an inverter. I wanted a 12v power cord. The wife went back and was given the same thing. I also had to go back to buy the stand. I ended up buying the cord from Amazon,com. I could not program the tv so another trip. 20miles each. I told the lady that sold me the tv I could not program it. I needed it programmed or a refund. She immediately gave me a refund. I went to the service counter and was told you bought it here and we would be glad to help. To late. Not only did she not have ANY product knowledge she did not smile once. She us a disgrace. You made a deal with Jensen to be sole retailer for them so I was forced to buy from you. Your people are ignorant. Are you so big you do not care about your customers? 2nd. I purchased your rv ins. I got a quote on your web site and asked for a quote on drive train ins. I resceived three e mails from Jason Skilern all the same. Form letter. I never got a quote. I made another wasted trip and got a quote. I offered the lady my credit card and was told camping world would not take my money I have to use your website. Tried chat that was a joke. I could have saved a trip if I was told not to go to your store up front. Twice I have shopped at your store and been treated like garbage. I guess you are so big you do not care any more. Ok just bought a 2006 Dutchman camper from camping world in Knoxville, TN we where told " everything works" got home the lower converter was blown, the breaker was blown.. So no outlets work. We got screwed by camping world for $9,100... Beware

We purchased a Winnebago Aspect from the Camping World in Hillsboro Oregon. We reported an issue with one of the tanks. We were told "nothing was wrong". We were discounted. Told basically we didn't know how to run our 100k RV, even though we've had it for over 3 years. As women , we are considering filing a case for discrimination as to how we have been treated. It turns out something WAS wrong with the rig, after months of us letting them know! Now! We wait for it to "be fixed". How many people do they treat like this.

I had an invisibrake installed in my Cadillac SRX and wired into my 2016 Itasca Ellipse. I just returned from my first road trip and had a trouble free trip. Matt was my service manager and Chuck was the installation tech. Both of them went the second mile with this installation. The job was completed in the time frame as presented. They returned all my phone calls even after I had left, as I had an additional operational question. They answered all my questions, patiently explained the operational procedures. I am very pleased with this experience!

Camping World of New Port Richey rotten customer service.

Details
Some of the Camping Worlds are very good, Panama City and Jacksonville are very good and Tampa not bad but New Port Richey store is perfect example of *** customer service. Not sure if it is the people they hire, more likey Management as attitude of shop starts at the top! Called multiple times to get a service appointment all you get is voice mail and never received one call back. The place is small, selection limited and service departments seems to be too busy to care about a potential customer. Go anywhere else but there!

Made over a 10 hour round trip to purchase a new rv . I asked the sales man 3 times for the final balance. We got there ready to purchase his number was 12 k higher. I have 2 other quotes in writing that are 12000.00 less than there price. Total scammers the sales managers sit in a glass locked room probably to protect them from the consumers they have ripped off. We will never purchase anything from camping world again . Be careful if you purchase anything from them they will scam you. They try and charge 160.00 for a 70.00 battery and 60.00 for 12.00 in propane.

Camping World in Aurora, Colorado - Furnace problems for the second time

I had bought a new 2014 big country 5th wheel the first week after I had brought it home my furnace went out they tell me it was a fluke in this to happen now one year later my furnace went out again I'm disabled I cant bring it in to be fixed they told me they cant come fix because I'm not able to bring it to them they don't even offer a mobile service to make the repair thanks a whole lot for your help camping world for helping the disabled people I will never buy anything from camping world again

The Lippert furniture is junk...I purchased a new 2016 Big Horn RV with the upgraded theater sitting. Within a year and a half the color was peeling off one of the chairs and the seem ripped about 4" on the other one.

I contacted Lippert and they just respond that they only had a one year warranty.

The chairs are over $1200.00 online. Junk...Junk...Junk
