Camping world Hamburg, NY. Worst customer service ever, don't know how they are still in business. Stood in line for 25 mins. because the cashier didn't know what she was doing, when I could no longer wait I put my stuff on the floor and walked out when i got outside my 13 year old son informed me that one of the employees called him rude, he didn't say it to me, I went back in the store and confronted him, he said that was rude I informed him I waited in line for 25 mins.and don't you think that's rude and proceed to tell him what I thought of him. When i called the manager he had a mouth worst then the employee I will never buy a thing from them again and I am telling all my friends the same.

I AGREE CAMPING WORLD IS THE WORST BUSSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.

Camping World Service Agreement Review from Columbus, Ohio

NO refund and NO return call from Scott Ryan of campingworld about my refund. Its been over 2 weeks. They know how to TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NO HURRY TO REFIND IT. its funny how they say things have to go thru good sam club(GSC) BUT when i called GSC to cancel and get that $2500 back after i bought the camper GSC told me i had to call CAMPINGWORLD for cancellation of service agreement. That they had nothing to do with the money part jist the service. I WANT MY REFUND. ALL OF IT. IT SHOULD BE OVER $1700

You MIGHT get it back in 3 months but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Good Sam & camping world are all rolled up in the same evil empire, They DON'T like refunds & go to great lengths to avoid them.

I recently inquired about a 5th wheel in Columbia SC. Was wanting to trade in a '15 5th wheel. Dealer offered me 20,000 trade. Was not pleased. Didn't continue the deal. A few days later went to Camping World in N.Charleston. I again inquired about the same make and model as I had looked at in Columbia. Better price. Since I had bought my current 5th wheel from this location I figured I'd get a better offer on my trade. BUT instead they offered my $13000 for my trade. They actually showed me trade value was at least $23000. Don't understand the way they can do business.

Sales department great. Just don’t take your RV to their service department.

Go to Myers or Rocky Mountain for service. They will lie to your face at this Good Sams service center.

If you do go there don’t bother with an appointment just stand in line and hope they even look at your RV within a week or so. I have made appointments and they don’t mean anything

Camping World Rv Part Replacement Review from Olathe, Kansas

As an update: Sorry it took me a couple weeks to update. We obtained recordings of the mechanic who worked on the rv on the road, saying he added the fluid. The rapid response team got ahold of us the morning we wrote this review. The entire issue was resolved in about two weeks. All they needed to do was replace the inverter and put a new piece of linoleum down. They did not replace the board so that rotted and we have to replace that and the linoleum now. I still believe the only reason this was turned around is that we obtained evidence that we didn't add the fluid. That still makes me very leary. A reported issue two hours after driving off the lot should be fixed, no questions asked unless there was obvious sabotaging. I was and still am dissapointed in that but we move on. The RV has not had any issues since that we know of ;). The final end to the story was that the mechanic didn't want to pay for his mistake and Good Sam said they would no longer request his services. Travis from Down Time Mobile Mechanic likely lost the majority of his business because he wouldn't just buy a new inverter that he probably could have gotten for $250. A final note- sorry, it was odd that Camping World wanted $1000 for plugging in a $250 inverter (approximately); and we had to demand they remove the wording that we added hydraulic fluid because we did not (on the invoice) even after all was said and done. I felt like that was sneaky and I'm glad we caught it.

Sales person good service people and dept are awful no help from them don't do the work that needs to be done don't contact you on warranty parts when come in having same issues with bad part again wouldn't recommened them at all they don't care after sale service head is a butt-hole we've had nothing but trouble with this thor vagas since we purchased it worst place to try to get anything accomplished they have no concern for your needs now they got us backed up for two weeks delaying and keeping us from traveling in it they are a bunch of jerks don't see how they stay in business

My name is Eli Burbank. I purchased my first trailer ever about 30 days ago from Camping World of Draper, UT. Aka FreedomRoads, LLC. DBA of BLAINE JENSEN RV CENTERS, LLC (Kaysville, UT Camping World). It is a 2008 Jayco Jay Flight 28 BHS. I was very excited about the purchase, and deal that was being provided to me. When I took it out for the first time I was very excited to sleep in it. As we were preparing to make our bed, we discovered a very significant bed bug infestation. I attempted to call the store and received no response for several days. It wasn't until I went to the store again only to be treated in a very un-compassionate and inconsiderate manner. I JUST SPENT 13K CASH ON A TRAILER WITH BED BUGS FOR GOD SAKES. What if that was you? What if you took your family out only to become fearful for their well being in even sleeping in the trailer and questioning whether or not it is even safe to do so? I wasn't offered help in resolving the issue? I was offered a "detail" in which was half ***'d to begin with. A detail is not going to take care of bed bugs? I question how it wasn't noticed when doing the supposed PDI? I question if they did in fact notice it and proceeded with the sale anyway? In effort of trying to fix the problem myself, I attempted to treat the issue as thoroughly as I could. Let off roughly 16 bombs in total. Sprayed everywhere, several times. This was all over the course of 1 week. Confident that I had solved the problem, I purchased a new mattress, and took the trailer out for the weekend. All seemed well. It wasn't until we woke up in the morning and immediately spotted a total of 5 more Bed Bugs crawling where we were laying. It was at that moment I decided this isn't something I want to deal with. This isn't something I'm going to deal with. This isn't something I should have to deal with. I was then put in contact with the GM (Levi). When speaking with the GM, I informed him that based on the research I did on Bed Bugs that it was clear that before they could be completely eliminated that it would be an expensive and lengthy process. This is not what I paid 13k for. This is not something I should deal with. This should not be my problem. I informed him I didn't even want my money back, or to be a problem for anyone. I simply want a functional trailer that is worth the money that I paid. I'd even be willing to pay for a difference if necessary. He then tried to tell me they would take my trailer back in on trade for 3k less then what I paid for it, + the loss in taxes!!?? In otherwords, they wanted me to eat nearly 5k, + the difference of a different trailer accounting for a total out of pocket amount of 8k+. Are you *** kidding me? He then offered to "help" with extermination cost, or take it in on "consignment".. CONSIGNMENT? Otherwise admitting that they are perfectly fine with selling a trailer with bed bugs in it. I then managed to get in contact with the "Regional Manager" for Utah (Brian Coon). At first, Brian seemed empathetic towards the situation. He said he would credit me back the amount I paid for my trailer towards the cost of a different one at a "0" deal. He told me to browse stock numbers and send him a few I was interested in. So I very carefully reviewed their inventory online and made some realistic selections based on what I was told. After sending him the selections, he then told me the same thing "Levi" did. That the minimum out of pocket I would pay was 8,500. I asked how that is possible when I sent a trailer as cheap as 14k? "Well, it would be a whole sale to whole sale deal". Meaning, they wanted to devalue my trailer down to 9k, when they sold it to me for 11,310. Otherwise going back on what he originally told me. At this time, I was told to come pick my trailer up following the extermination attempt that "supposedly" took place. I verified with the pest control company that atleast 3-4 more treatments will be necessary, and not gaurunteed. Which means I would be lucky to even be able to use the trailer this Summer. Assuming I want to try my luck and hope I don't accidentally spread the investation into my HOUSE!!!!!!!! At first, I didn't want my money back. I wanted a functional trailer in which I was planning on buying in the first place. This is the most crooked, unethical thing I have ever witnessed. I realize "accidents" happen, IF that is what this was. However based on the offer for consignment, I doubt this was an accident. This seems to be calculated and planned from beginning to end. I will be fair, so long as I am treated fairly. Thus far, I have been treated anything but fairly. I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT IF I TURNED AROUND AND SOLD THIS TRAILER TO SOMEONE ELSE. Nor do I want my hard earned money going to waste. I ADVISE CAUTION IF YOU DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. DON'T END UP LIKE ME.

Camping World Jacksonville Service

We took our Winnebago Tour into this Service Dept. for normal oil change and filter and generator service (oil change and filter). We were having no issues, just normal maintenance. When the service tech finished and pulled the MH out of the service bay one of the other tech's noticed an oil leak, so they took it back into the bay and said they had put in a bad filter so they supposedly put in another one. We left Jacksonville and drove to SC. For the first time ever, we had a problem with our generator, it just stopped working. The next morning my husband discovered oil leaking. We took it to Camping World, Statesville, NC. They found the new oil filter put on in Jacksonville was very loose. They also found Jacksonville had not put a filter on the generator. When my husband called the Service Manager in Jacksonville about the generator filter he hung up on my husband. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST IF YOU VALUE YOUR MOTORHOME YOU WON'T EITHER.
