Camping World in Cocoa Beach, Florida - Dont get ripped off!

I bought what i thought was a new rv, come to find out it was used. I asked the service manager where the bypass valve for the hotwater was,he told me to pull off the panels till i found it. This vehicle had over 2000 miles on it. There were small things that needed to be taken care of before i took delivery, but they werent. The service manage must own this company, because there is no reason i or others can see why he still has a job. Once they have your money, you are screwed! And from the reviews ive read from around the country,so are others. Screw camping world. And the 6000.00 dollars i paid for an extended warrenty,my loss. I guess.

Camping World - CampingWorld meridian idaho

I traded my camp trailer in at camping World in Meridian Idaho. We went back and forth on the phone on a 2010 toy Hauler. According to the salesman it had been gone threw and was in great condition and was well care for. He sent about 7 pic's. looked great. We did face time so he could show me the trailer. I agreed to trade my trailer for the toy hauler and set a time to pic it up several days later so they could get it ready. .When we arrived in Meridian about 10:30 am they said to drop my trailer and I could pick the new one up at 1:00. We finally got to see the trailer about 2:30 pm. The toy hauler end had patches and it was trashed. I was shocked. The salesman that sold it to me shipped out on the walk threw and sent someone else. They got their manager and he said that was normal wear for the year. Mine was a 2008 and I said no mine was in perfect condition. He said I doubt it and he was sure he could pick it apart easy. So we went to look at my trailer. OOOps, He decided I never took it camping as it looked like new. Sorry Grandma took 4 little kids camping every summer and most the summer. He said it would cost under 300 to replace the paneling. But would take them about 6 months . They couldn't scroll the 3 tip outs out because it was parked to close the trailers. I took the trailer knowing they had gone threw and checked everything. We get home and load the trailer to head out for a week in the mountains and the mount for the latch on the back of the toy hauler door had broke off. We had to drill it out and put a secure bolt in. We parked the trailer late at night and unhooked. The kitchen Slide out wouldn't tip out. The couch side made awful sounds. I put 3 grandkids on the couch and one with me in the bedroom. About 4:20 am 2 kids fell off the couch. I jumped up to see what happened. 1st step fell and hit the wall. Got to the lights no lights. found a flashlight went to start the generator and no power. hunted my jumper charger and went outside to check and jump start the batteries. looking I find one jack had collapsed and the other was about 12 to 15" off the ground and the trailer was tilted bad. Mind you this is a 39' 5th wheel toy hauler. I get back inside and start the generator to get heat for the kids and get them back in bed. about 6:oo am my oldest grandson (11) and I start blocking one side of the trailer and trying to lift it up so I can back my truck under it. 4 hours later we had dug a trench to back under the trailer to get it hooked on the truck. electric jack froze up. we finally get to a town about 13 miles down a dirt road. going 15 miles an hour because one jack was about 8 inches from the ground didn't want to brake it off. called CAMPINGWORLD SEVERAL TIMES TO COME GEET THE TRAILER they sent a service guy over 5 hours later. He replaced the jack and checked a few things out and said to tow it back to Meridian when We left the mountains as there was several things that needed fixed. I let the guy whom I was dealing with (corporate) manager know I was returning the trailer and wanted my trailer and cash down back. He said he would get me in a different trailer no problem. My son and daughter took of work early and headed up with tools. They followed me back in to the campsite and the toy hauler door opens and comes down. my son is honking and flashing his lights. Went threw 3 tanks of propane in 5 days and didn't even cook in the trailer. Air conditioner didn't work along with many other things. Monday we dropped the trailer at Camping World. I found another trailer better shape as they wouldn't give me my trailer

Camping World in Fort Myers, Florida - Extremely Unsatisfied

I brought my coach for service, I needed slides serviced, hot water serviced and generator serviced and oil change . I was I luck as these services were on sale, oil change 69.99. gen service 99.00 slides service 99.00 and so on when I picked up the coach it was $1,200 and when I asked how could that be she showed me my invoice, yes oil change was $69.99 but they failed to tell me now the charge for each qt of oil and $129.00 per hour labor. this happened on all services. and I bought wipers for $25.00 a piece and they charged me $129.00 to install these wipers.I asked her to show me where it says I will be billed for labor and each item, it was not on the board where these services were listed and was not on the $500.00 estimate. her response was, well we have the cheapest labor rate around and I am sorry but it is what it is. I was so mad for being absolutely lied to and taken advantage of.... MY estimate for tires was $418.00 a piece and the labor charge was over $1000.00.. I never heard of these fees and went to a local shop and got new tires for 250 a piece. I will never ever get anything done from camping world again, they are a complete rip off and the women who worked there apologized 100 times and said she hears that all the time. this is a crime and bad business and I am a full timer and tell everyone I meet my story. its not the money its the lie and not being upfront telling clients there policy to charge labor and supplies plus the price they list on there board. shame on you camping world..not like you care....

Camping World Rv Repair Review from Clinton, New York

Took our coach in for service on leveling jacks and a leaking sprayer hose. The had it for 3 months and it still wasnt fixed. While there, someone tried to break in damaging the door lock such that it couldnt be opened from the outside. The jack system and hose were not fixed and we had to order a new door lock ourselves and install it. Took our coach to Syracuse CW, and they diagnosed the problem. LC store never returned calls or emails from Syracuse store.

I went to camping world in Chattanooga Tenn. I was there three days. It was only to take one day. I got there at 10:30 am they did not come to the park at there location to get my rv until 3:00 pm. I talked to the service he sad I would have to stay over the part wasn't there yet. He told me two days before that all the parts were in. Lie lie lie. So next dat they didn't come get my rv until 1:30 and I went up to the office and told me i was to call him lie lie lie. So they started working on it about 2:30 pm. From that time to closing I sat at the lake there until 5:45 and still not done. Lie lie lie. Last night when I hooked my rv water ect water started pouring out the living room slide out. I spent 3 hours trying to get the water out. But when I told him he said I must have left the water at kitchen sink on lie lie lie. Now he tells me to get off the property and don't cam back. Now if I was 20 years younger I would have gone to jail because I would have BEAT the *** out of him then I would have gone to jail. Chattanooga camping world YOU SUCK. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A RV FROM. PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM. IF I MISSPELLED ANYTHING VERY SORRY.

Camping World Dynamax Rv Trade-in Review from Robertsdale, Alabama
Camping World Dynamax Rv Trade-in Review from Robertsdale, Alabama
Motor home was at Camping World Robertsdale, AL. Major damage that they did to unit was driving the unit off of the jacks. But the dealership was aware that we were out of the area at a summer home almost half the time, and did none of the minor preventative things like keep the batteries charged to keep them from being ruined, or starting the generator occasionally to keep it from needing a rebuild. See attached letters for details. Sales Manager called back in response to my first letter of 4/9/16 to state that he had talked to the GM Wolff and everything was my problem, not theirs. To date (4/10/16), have still not received a response from the CEO Lemonis.

Camping World in Wentzville, Missouri - WATER DAMAGE CLASS A MOTORHOME

1.9
Details
THANK GOD I TOOK AN EXPERT WITH ME TO CHECK OUT A USED MOTORHOME. HE FOUND THE ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, THE COACH HAD LEAKED ALL AROUND THE CEILING ON THE INSIDE AND THEY USED THIS SPRAY TO TRY AND REMOVE THE OLD WATER STAINS. NOT TO MENTION THE A/C DID NOT WORK, AND MANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THE COACH. IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THE EXPERT THAT I TOOK WITH ME I WOULD OF BEEN OUT OVER $20,000 IN REPAIR COST. TALK ABOUT BEING A LYING, CHEATING, STEALING, SNEAKING TYPE COMPANY. I REMEMBER WHEN THIS WAS THE GREAT PLACE TO GO TO BUY ANYTHING BUT NO MORE. STAY CLEAR OF THEM, THEY WILL *** SO FAST. AND THEN ACT LIKE THEY KNEW NOTHING.
