DONT DO IT! They are just about sales. Will give you the best deal. But even on a warranty issue, a brand new trailer has sat for two months for an a/c replacement. They even got the replacement in and turned around and sold it! Their excuses are useless. The deal was definitely not worth the aggravation. I will never return for service or sales, period.

All I can say is RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD!!!!! They will continue to operate the way they do until the consumers say enough and go somewhere else.

You will never get an opportunity to speak with Marcus Lemonis because he will pass the buck to his yes men. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

My experience with camper world I give them a zero they never return phone calls they don't promise what they say we paid to have an extra walk through everything that was wrong with the camper was supposed to be fixed it was a use camper and there was supposed to clean the camper when we got home itwas not clean it Had burnt pet hair in the oven but we paid for extra cleaning $1600 two months later and we have been trying to get them to fix the air conditioner it is so many problems with camping world I just can't list them all I recommend no one to shop there

Pretty well matches my experience with Camping World. Screw the customer at every opportunity and deny any responsibility.

Quality of service and customer service at bottom of list. I not only experienced this at this location, but also in Texas.

It is apparently the corporate culture of

Camping World or they would be addressing their inherent problem. To me, it is obvious that as long as they can continue to screw the consumer, they don't need to change anything.

We purchased our first 5th wheel I. November 2015. We planned our first trip April 2016 by placing an order with Camping World. One IMPORTANT item on this order was the Good Sam GPS 7735. We made our first trip June 2016. The coordinates on this GPS did not work to the standards of said product. I had to use my cell phone data (WAZE) the entire round trip (NJ to NC). A call was put into CAMPING WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE for a refund or credit to our account I spoke with two reps from on-line site we purchased from; two reps from Corporate; rep from GOOD SAM; a rep from from RAND MCNALLY(product maker). All had the same response...........return policy 30 days. why make an unreasonable return policy when almost all items are purchased prior to a trip will not be used within thirty days! Planning a RV trip takes coordinating, planning &. TIME! Rand McNally offered me to send it to them for repairs.......IT IS NEW & NOT BROKEN! Quality Customer Service is long gone. I will never purchase an item from CAMPING WORLD......when our Good Sam membership comes up for renewal......I will refuse.

So far service and sales have been great.. Took are new camper out and had a issue with landing gear contacted sales rep and he's trying to help but do to a remodel at the store he said it may take abit longer to get takin care of but he gave me his cell number so we can keep in touch so he can help me get it warrentied out as soon as they get back to normal there.. This is my second camper from them.. Just wish they had a closer place to me... Well maybe not.. Lol Good people great products for all bugets just need to do your home work before you jump into it... Sorry im not one of the pissed..

Camping World in Canton, Ohio - What a waste of time where

All of there units have damage inside and out including new ones. Check carefully before you buy. They run it like the old school car dealerships with ignorant manager yelling loud enough that all other dealers campers are junk. They add about $1500.00 - 2000.00 to price after you agree to a price to cover freight, prep.and other charges. The are so focused on getting your money down as a "deposit " to hold it. Look at all the broken trim and missing stuff from all the "new campers " wish I would have read all the negative reviews first. I would have drove over to Avalon RV and not wasted time. They also offer you less than 1/2 of Kelly blue book value. I only wish they had a ounce of class

Bought a 2000 Georgie Boy Cruise Master. I found it on their site, The unit was in Council Bluffs,IA and I live in Dyer,IN. I called and talked to Bevin in sales. I asked her what condition the unit was in with 43,000 miles. Bein told me she would check into it and call me back. I told here my main concern was brakes and tires. She called me back and said all is good tires like new and as far as the brakes go that Camping World would not let a unit out the door that was not road worthy, Make a very long story short we have yet to go camping. and I took it to a different shop and my back brakes was metal on metal and the front not far behind. That cost $2,107.00. GM Chris Belair said I ruined the brakes. I called Mike Ruth at the Wauconda store,He is a big guy in the service dept. because I spent $800.00 over 300 point inspection oil changes generator service water system pressure checked and dewinterize. He tolds me Camping World can not rebuild my coach pc by pc. I wrote a very long review on RIPOFFREPORT.COM. Read it if you a planning to by an RV or take one for service. I will also write on any review I can find. These guys need to be stopped

Camping World in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Never AGAIN!!!

We just bought a travel trailer from Camping World in Hillsboro, OR. The whole process was horrible. I can't believe how much they nickel and dime you. This is the first trailer we have bought and little did we know what we should have asked when we went in there. We thought we were prepared but we weren't. All of the questions we did ask, their answers turned out to be lies. We tried to mount our tv and they said that there was backing behind the panel to support a tv and there wasn't. We now have to take our trailer back in to have this mounted at an extra cost and time lost of being able to use the trailer. Our sales person could barely give us the time of day. We did not get a spec sheet that shows what the trailer comes with so we have been out buying the necessities that should have come with the trailer before the first time you take it out. I will never again do business with Camping World. They will not receive another dime from us!!! Worst experience we have had.

I ordered a TPMS online from Camping World. When ordered, I was advised it would take 5-7 busness days to arrive. My credit card was charged that day for the order. When it did not arrive, I contacted the 800 number only to be informed the item was on backorder. I was told they had no anticipated receipt date and that I could wait indefinatly or cancel the order. I was not happy as I ordered while on sale. The rep said they are constantly on sale. I kept the order and went back online to see the product on sale (for more) and still saying it would arrive within 5-7 business days. No indication of back order issues. I contacted another online vendor, who matched the price and shipped that day! I called back CW and canceled the order but never received an email confirmation nor a credit for the purchase. I called back after four days and was told the order was canceled but they did not process a credit refund. I told the rep that I do not think CW should charge my credit card until the item actually ships. Guess I am used to dealing with better online companies. The reps, in all 3 contacts, were not friendly and were not concerned. Simply going through the motions.

I have had NO luck with Campers Word - Coca and Winter Garden "We can,, and No Problem are the lead in to every shop issue.. Can they ?? *** No... Last experience - Ft Myers. Again.. Service department "We Can,, No Problem,,,, Be ready Friday AM...(Drop off was Monday afternoon...) Oil and filter they said were done.... Shades installed - a fair installation... BUT Empty boxes left in the coach... Dirt on the furniture,,, GREASE on the carpet .. AND they Wash & Wax special??? JOKE.. Must have taken it to a Middle School Car wash ... and Wax? Oh no.. the material on your Class A ... Can't be waxed... ( 2004 and it's been cleaned and Waxed on SEVERAL occasions..) Lazy and or incompetent... But again.. Check one more of the list of Campers World service center.. Strick Three.. Time to find a REAL service center.. Good Sam Needs To Take A Stand.. and if their going to back a company... They need to get a grip on these businesses.

I bought my first and last RV from camping world of Syracuse NY this place just wants to sell with no service,I had a tail light problem on my toy hauler so what they did in short was cut the wire to two of the tail lights so now I only have left and right lights and not the led light I am suppose to have across the rear of trailer will never take any thing to them I'll fix it my self yours Steven Volles Fayetteville NY
