Camping World in Cocoa Beach, Florida - They rip off disabled vets!

I bought a new thor rv from camping world in cocoa. Turns out ,its used! The service manager should be investigated. Hes rude and from my experience dosent give a *** about the customer. I wouldnt be surprised if they put off warrenty work so they can save the 6000.00 i paid for a warrenty. I will be reporting them to the fl dept of motor services,hopefully thell have thier sales license pulled. How camping has not been investigated by the us atty general is beyond me. Maybe the state atty general should be notified too. Ill ask my atty. if your wondering how i know its used,well the shower stall had beem replaced,the cushions had been resewn,poorly,scuff marks on the floor,and over 2000 miles on it. Thor mfg. said thats more miles than should be on it. As a matter of fact it appears the whole bathroom has been refurbished.the door dosent close right,the walls are warped and the bottom of thr shower stall was not sealed. That right there tells me it has been refurbished. Also the shower curtain rod is crushing one side of the shower stall.i doubt it left the factory like that.The shower stalls come in one piece. Not two. Also the dmv tells me this rv had twoplates issued to it. The metal fl plate that came with it only had two months left before it expired. The state does not issue metal tags for two months. No other new rv on that lot has metal plates. And you can bet thier name will be added to the black list the military maintains,so no other vet or active duty military personal buys from camping world and gets ripped off.

Camping World - 25 Dollar Off Coupon Review from Eugene, Oregon

I purchased a good sams 2 year membership and received a $25.00 merchandise certificate good for merchandise in store or on line. The on line order would not honor the coupon number s I called customer service. They told me tat since they have had a lot if fraud on coupons, I had to pay full price for my order, then write the order number on the certificate and send it to them. i would rceive a refund for the $25.00 by mail. What a rip! It's been 4 weeks now, the merchandise is here, my credit card was charged, but no $25.00 discount yet.

Camping World in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina - Thor Mirimar Thanks for the $30k Loss

We purchased a Thor Mirimar 9 months ago from Camping World. Id have to say that any consumer should not even come close to deciding to purchase any product from either. The Class A Coach we purchased had been in the shop 4 of those months correcting the list of 137 item list of deficiencies ranging from replacing the shower to no working headlights to no Air Conditioning. We took one trip where we could achieve a top speed of 17 miles an hour on I-70 in Colorado and braking was equally scary. We reached out to the dealer, Camping World and offered a number of options and they could care less. The issues were so bad like extreme rust on every screw used we had no choice but to liquidate the Coach as there was no way the thing would have lasted a third of the way through our 20 year loan. Do not buy a Thor Product. Do not buy anything from Camping World.

I am also unhappy with my Miramar 34.3 and wished I read more comments like this. Thor resonse has also been difficult in my opinion. We had a host of issues, mainly dealing with the super slide not working.

Camping World? Never, ever again!

Please, please, please research a company, its products, service and reviews/complaints before you hand over your hard-earned cash. Don’t get sucked in to their poor customer service and other failures as a company. Over 1100 complaints? My GOD….shame on me if I ever consider giving this company a second thought. Camping World absolutely refuses to remove me from their marketing database. Will absolutely NEVER do business with them again. Save yourself time, money and frustration by taking these reviews seriously, and give your time, money, business and referrals to reputable RV dealerships. The failure to respond to customers, manage email and private data and ignore communications is a business-killer in the 21st century.

DONT DO IT! They are just about sales. Will give you the best deal. But even on a warranty issue, a brand new trailer has sat for two months for an a/c replacement. They even got the replacement in and turned around and sold it! Their excuses are useless. The deal was definitely not worth the aggravation. I will never return for service or sales, period.

All I can say is RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD!!!!! They will continue to operate the way they do until the consumers say enough and go somewhere else.

You will never get an opportunity to speak with Marcus Lemonis because he will pass the buck to his yes men. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

My experience with camper world I give them a zero they never return phone calls they don't promise what they say we paid to have an extra walk through everything that was wrong with the camper was supposed to be fixed it was a use camper and there was supposed to clean the camper when we got home itwas not clean it Had burnt pet hair in the oven but we paid for extra cleaning $1600 two months later and we have been trying to get them to fix the air conditioner it is so many problems with camping world I just can't list them all I recommend no one to shop there

Pretty well matches my experience with Camping World. Screw the customer at every opportunity and deny any responsibility.

Quality of service and customer service at bottom of list. I not only experienced this at this location, but also in Texas.

It is apparently the corporate culture of

Camping World or they would be addressing their inherent problem. To me, it is obvious that as long as they can continue to screw the consumer, they don't need to change anything.

We purchased our first 5th wheel I. November 2015. We planned our first trip April 2016 by placing an order with Camping World. One IMPORTANT item on this order was the Good Sam GPS 7735. We made our first trip June 2016. The coordinates on this GPS did not work to the standards of said product. I had to use my cell phone data (WAZE) the entire round trip (NJ to NC). A call was put into CAMPING WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE for a refund or credit to our account I spoke with two reps from on-line site we purchased from; two reps from Corporate; rep from GOOD SAM; a rep from from RAND MCNALLY(product maker). All had the same response...........return policy 30 days. why make an unreasonable return policy when almost all items are purchased prior to a trip will not be used within thirty days! Planning a RV trip takes coordinating, planning &. TIME! Rand McNally offered me to send it to them for repairs.......IT IS NEW & NOT BROKEN! Quality Customer Service is long gone. I will never purchase an item from CAMPING WORLD......when our Good Sam membership comes up for renewal......I will refuse.

So far service and sales have been great.. Took are new camper out and had a issue with landing gear contacted sales rep and he's trying to help but do to a remodel at the store he said it may take abit longer to get takin care of but he gave me his cell number so we can keep in touch so he can help me get it warrentied out as soon as they get back to normal there.. This is my second camper from them.. Just wish they had a closer place to me... Well maybe not.. Lol Good people great products for all bugets just need to do your home work before you jump into it... Sorry im not one of the pissed..

Camping World in Canton, Ohio - What a waste of time where

All of there units have damage inside and out including new ones. Check carefully before you buy. They run it like the old school car dealerships with ignorant manager yelling loud enough that all other dealers campers are junk. They add about $1500.00 - 2000.00 to price after you agree to a price to cover freight, prep.and other charges. The are so focused on getting your money down as a "deposit " to hold it. Look at all the broken trim and missing stuff from all the "new campers " wish I would have read all the negative reviews first. I would have drove over to Avalon RV and not wasted time. They also offer you less than 1/2 of Kelly blue book value. I only wish they had a ounce of class
