Our trailer was STOLEN from the parking lot of the Winchester, VA Camping World and the corporation accepts NO liability?!?! There are no surveillance cameras or even a locked gate. The corporate headquarters, after 6 weeks of calls, refuses to speak directly to my us, instead sends form letters. Outrageous! I will not check the box below re contacted my CW. Trust me, no one will return your call if it's a complaint .

Camping World in Flagstaff, Arizona - Bait and switch

Just had the most awful experience one could ever have. I bought a new camper back in 2015. after the purchase it was discovered that several things were needing repaired under warranty. Took the unit back to where I purchased it, at Camping World in Bellmont, Az. and left it for repairs.After having it for more than 3 months it was finally done, or so I thought. The first time I took it out i discovered that several more things were not working. These items worked when I originally left it for repairs. Now they are telling me it will take more than a month to make these repairs. I went to see the manager and explained that I do not think that this is right and they need to take it back in trade. He was agreeable and we sat down with a sales per and negotiated a deal that I could live with. I have just found out that the deal I negotiated was not what was submitted to the bank. When confronted with that problem, the sales person and the manager both stated that they had to change the figures as they did not have the correct payoff for the old unit. I explained that that was not possible as I gave them the payoff when we were discussing the deal, and I was sure that it was correct as I had just gotten it from my phone. Turns out that that the deal they sent to the bank had a payment that was $100.00 a month more than the negotiated deal. They were very rude and not willing to discuss this matter at all. I am so disgusted this deal that I will never go back to that dealer, and I intend to take this matter matter up the chain. All customers should be aware of this as I am sure that this is not the first time that they have done this.

Do not bother taking it up with the chain. I contacted Starcraft about my new 2016 camper which has had problems since I purchased it. They do not care that their dealers will not or can not fulfill the warranty obligation.

To date nothing has been resolved. I was told, after contacting the main customer service number, that some one from the leadership team would be contacting me. That has not happened.

My camper has been sitting at Camping World now for 2 months and still not repaired nor any resolution towards replacing it.

I have had the same situation with a 2015 crossroads zinger from the statesville nc store. They have had my camper a total of 5 months since January and the camper Has only been used 4 times

I also purchased a 2017 in July 2016. On the way home the roof peeled back. When we brought it to Camping Worlds attention they told us it was under warranty. We had planned a vacation with our grandchildren but we have no camper it is waiting for warranty work, they also suggested that we use it like that. They obviously don't care about our safety or the safety of others. That business and the CEO Marcus Lemonis is a joke it all about the money and the *** with the customers that trust that the business is doing the right thing and selling them a good product. I swear they purchase defected products cheap and sell them for a prime price. (that's what I call greed) and I think that the people that are doing that should be ashamed of themselves and they should find it hard to sleep at night.

Camping World in Enterprise, Alabama - Dometic A/C Warranty repair- 30 dayto for a 3-5 day repair

Took my unit to Camping World Dothan, Al for a warranty issue on my Dometic A/C unit. Was told it would be a 3-5 day fix. 3 weeks later I finally got my unit back. Was told that they had a new warranty person and that they were learning. 2nd week was told that Dometic needed more info on my unit. 3rd week was told that the A/C had been on order almost a month. Finally they took a unit from their stock to put on my camper after 3 weeks of waiting. Camping World service department leaves alot to be desired. The only problem is they were the only shop in my area authorized to do Dometic Warranty repair. Would not go back to them on a dare.

Camping World customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life and Thor Campers are the biggest piece of junk made I don't have room an this page to list the problems. the fact that a window feel out of the camper says it all, it could of killed someone. The are drawers that open while driving while they are empty because the latches are broken after being only one month old. The radio didn't work the, dash fell apart. the outside speakers didn't work, the heat and A/C controller fell of the wall, the outlets in the rear didn't work, the camper leaked 3 months old and they said I was responsible because it was considered maintenance 3 MONTHS OLD PEOPLE stay away from camping world junk company.

Camping World Meridian Idaho

Bought a 2017 Wolf Pack 315pack12 toy hauler. Bought it in Meridian Idaho by the time we got it back to Washington State a little over 500 miles the roof had peeled back along with several things. In less the 12 hours from the time of purchase we notified them of all the problems and there response to use was IT'S UNDER WARRANTY. Now really why should you have to have extensive warranty work to a 2017 that we haven't had for even 24 hours. We believe they knew about the problems but figuring we were from out of state we you can figure out the rest. Now we are dealing with getting the extended warranties canceled and they have been giving us the run around about that to. After 30 days they start pro rating them..... What a joke. Anyone buying from them should beware. They are only out for the dollar not for you or your well being..

OVER THE YEARS IVE LEARNED TRAILERS ARE PUT TOGETHER CHEAP. I'VE ALSO LEARNED PEOPLE LOVE TO POINT THE FINGER. IF ITS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY GET IT FIXED AND MOVE ON IN LIFE

the worst camper I've ever bought. within two weeks of owning it I found out they forgot to caulk the roof the floor was coming up in the bathroom and all of the cabinets are falling apart junk I wish I'd never would have bought. it can I get a refund?

Don't buy a camper here at Camping World they lie about everything just to get you to but it.We bought a camper at Camping World about a year ago. We took it to the mountains for the first time this summer and we had a leak and several more things that we discovered wrong. They have had it over a month and will not return our phone calls. And when we left it they said none of the repairs would be covered under warranty. The leak was from the factory. If a camper can not last a year it isn't worth paying for.

Like you had a similar incident. Had an accident and one of my storage doors was damaged beyond repair. I wanted it fixed and they told me to email a picture with details. Never heard back from them. I called several times and left messages with service. Finally called service manager and left him a message. He never called back either. Finally went to a local r.v. dealership and they ordered the part right away and will install it as soon as it comes in without having to wait. After hearing your story maybe it's a good thing they never called back. I will not go back to them for service rest assured.

It's been a month and no one's cared to contact me. I don't mind it just supports my view that they could care less about there service customers.

I did do business with the Madison store and found them much more cooperative. Saukville WI store I will continue to bypass.
