We purchased a 2016 Jayco Flight SLX 154BH in April 2016, have had nothing but problems with it, the biggest being it leaks EVERWHERE. Main window, antenna, kitchen and bathroom, kitchen faucet leaks. Boards under bunk beds broke, boards under main bed broke and the battery never held a charge. Well let me backup first of all when we found out the camper was leaking never a good sign, we were going to trade it in on a bigger camper, and our salesperson had told us what our payment would be, the down payment like we had already been approved, they pulled the camper back for cleaning and everything, so we went to Walmart and bought 2 TVs an 2 swivel stands for mounting in the new unit, we were there for 6 hours and finally were told no one would approve us for the new loan, that's fine but why take 6 hours of your day, this should have been done in a couple of hours. So then we speak to the service department gave them a full list of items to be fixed on our unit and was told by the service department that they would mount one of the TVs in our unit for free, so that was all good, now back to the original story, the camper was in the shop for 5 weeks and we could never get anyone on the phone from the service department except one time, spoke with a lady one day and she was like all I can do is take down your number and have Jennifer call you back because she said she could not even find us in the system??? WHAT??? NO CALL BACK. So finally my husband actually got someone on the phone going on 5th week they said the camper was fixed but could not locate our TVs, then he got a call back beginning this week and was told TV's had been found, so we said good we will be there Saturday to pick it up, Guess What, got there Saturday, Battery was still not fixed and no sign of the TV's. They had mounted them in the unit we were going to trade in for and sold it to someone. We were there for 4 hours again. They did replace our TV's with some from their store. We should have been able to go in and pick the camper up and out within an hour. We have the worse experience every time we have to go to this business. Very disorganized.

We were in the market for a new Motor home. Camping world in Marion NC advertised the exact one that my wife and I were looking for. I called to talk to a sales person and the guy I was able to talk with knew what he was talking about. I worked out a issue or 2 with him on the unit we decided we wanted. We drove 6 hours 360 miles and spent the night at the Walmart campground just about 8 miles from Tom Johnson Camping world of Marion NC. We had it set up to meet the sales guy Keven Rice at 9 AM. They open at 8Am so we went at 8. We meet with the sales guy as planed. They did a trade in allowance on our motor home and then showed us the price. They uped the price of their motor home by $3000.00 and lowed balled me on mine by over $6000.00. Keith did not want us to be upset so he went and got his manager. His manager or a fellow claiming to be the manager approached us all puffed up and loud and in a threatning tone asked us how much money did I expect him to lose in this transaction. He stood and said his unit was new and next month ours would be worth even less. He said the internet was not our friend and said he was tired of people expecting him to lose money on units! He again said in a loud threatening voice how much money do you expect me to lose! I replied I drove 360 miles based on an advertised price that you put on the internet and that is what I expect you to honor. He replied a loud voice again I not loosing that much money we got up and left.

traded a camper I had just bought, and they stuck me for an additional $6000. from the 5 months that we have had it they have had it 3 1/2 of the months! have been left on the side of the road for 6 hours with no HELP from goodsam! that was 2nd camping trip, first trip heat didn't work and there was 6'' of snow on ground! have had 2 more different issues with camper and still not happy with the outcome! went to the beach 2 weeks ago and had to stop by camping world at the beach before we could even start our vacation! sat there for over 4 hours! I could type for days on camping world of concord but I'm not! just know that they suck in everything that they do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would also like to add that after hearing the key issue being somewhat resolved. I proceeded to pur chase accessories for the new camper.

When when attempting to put sheets on the mattress it was revealed that the Queen Denver Pillowtop mattress was also removed and now there is melted plastic with a bit of foam covered in a brown bag put in the place of the mattress.

Of course when I attempt to try to resolve this new issue. I was left a voice message by the sales manager stating that the technicIan that completed the walk through doesn't work weekends and he will have to check on it Monday 8/29/16.

Myself and my husbamd just purchased our first brand new TT. Worst experience ever from start to finish. After making an appointment over a day in advance for the walk through. We stand outside in the heat for 3 hours waiting for the walk through. Aftrr walk through we wait an addition hour and more to sign the papers. Papers are signed yeah ready to go. Except no one has keys to the brand new TT was told they would be mailed. As well as when starting to pull off asked husband to xheck the back just incase... GOOD THING chairs not strapped down. Chairs at dinnet table not strapped down and the 80 gallon fresh water tank WAS NOT DRAINED. It is now night time and pouring rain and storms but thats ok well add an addition 795 lbs to this customer and not increase their tire pressure.. Following day.. today called spoke to manager was advised we left before locks could be changed. I informed him we didnt lrave until 8pm and nothing was said about the locks being changed so he advised instead of us driving the TT 2 hours back he would mail us locks for the doors. . So feeling excited about the issues being resolved i go and purchance new items for the new camper. Purchase sheets blankets rugs etc.. and well go to take plastic off matress.. and yeah .... no matress. However in its place is some melted plastic with a pad on each side. And well it should be a queen size Denver Matress. And its NOT.. now what? Will never recommend Camping World Greenwood Indiana

Camping world 1495.00 rip off

My husband and I bought a used motorhome from Camping world Lake City,Fl. When my husband left with it there was not even enough diesel to get home a hundred miles away. Parked it in driveway was loading it following week when back air conditioner went out. Called mobile repairman Will cost around 600.00 to fix. Called camping world general manager said he would have the shop manager call me right back that they needed to get it fixed. Three hours later they called my husband on his cell phone and was giving him the run around. I got on the phone it was the salesman he had the general manager and shop manager there. They wanted us to return it two hours away leave it and they would decide what the problem was and they would *** 30% of whatever they wanted to charge us. I have a 300.00 dollar gift card to camping world and when that is gone I will never do business with them again. I don't know what the 1495.00 was for as it was filthy when we got it. Lots of receptacles did not work. The black and grey tanks were nasty. They obviously did nothing.jazijup

The repairman just left we were charged 946.68 for something that camping world should have taken care of in the beginning.they kept this motorhome two weeks after purchase to make sure all issues were taken care of. They did nothing.

Feeling your pain. Just got ripped off in Calera Alabama in the service department as well.Inflated chsrges.

Propane tank switched out from full to empty.

Kept my rv 39 days. Made us pay for shipping on insurance covred parts.

Charged $103.00 for shop supplies.

I would love to see this company shut down.

Camping World - Rv Repair Review from Crawfordville, Florida

I purchased a new 2016 Motorhome from campingworld at Tallahassee in Feb and on July 13,I carried it back to the dealer for some warranty work and to have a steering stabilizer added.One week later I called to check on rv,and was told that they(campingworld)had ordered the parts to repair unit and they were waiting on them, ut the part I ordered was in and installed,I could go ahead a pay for it now,but they were still waiting on others.Aug 3 I was again told they were still waiting on parts.Upon being told this I contacted Thor and was inform that the parts had been ordered on Aug 3 @921am (What happened between July and Aug)Now here it is Aug 26 and still a motorhome.What kind of service or business is this

This dealership is incompetent processing title information. I'm now in a bin because they submitted wrong information to the lien holder. So now I cannot transfer to title to the state where I live and the plates are expiring and everyone is sitting on their hands. Sirpilla is pointing fingers at the lender who processed what they were given. Besides this, they delivered a "C" with a leak...never checked it. Leaked the first rain! I would never buy from them again and never recommend them to anyone. Another friend also had title problems caused by Sirpilla's incompetence.

Camping World in Orange Beach, Alabama - First receiving a stove top. Second. Returning it

Ordered a stove top didn't get it so I emailed camping world. Got a call from CW and she said she was sorry my stovetop went to the wrong address and was going to call manufacturer to send another. Ok but then I received the stovetop the same day as she talked to me then four days later I got another stovetop. Ok the stovetop didn't fit so I had to return both stovetops. Got ahold of CW and told them I wanted to return them. Told CW I didn't think I should pay for extra one. Well it turned out CW said they would have UPS pick up both. Been over two weeks and still have not got my money back. Called and CW don't know what's going on. never order from CW.

we bought a fifth wheel in may finaly got it out air did not work was a hassle trying to get it fixed took it to another dealer in west alex awesome job they done seeing the air conditionor was not even for what we had in it after having them check it all before we left go figure when I got it fixed at D&d campers ended up costing me 200 bucks on top the 30 thousand we paid for it I will not tell anyone to buy a camper there manage will not return calls or help recoop my money this place is a disappointment only been open a year in Indiana and this I wont even go into what personal info was told to me when I wanted to buy it I think campers world of Indiana need help ! my name is debra buttery incase anyone from corp would like to call me I'm so pissed > can email me for my number deboh9937@frontier.com

They have campers on Craigslist and was looking for what the TV said was a whole new world. ( yes, really watch your money)Contacted a Kevin Thomas (don't know if he is Sales Manager or what) His name was contact person on Craigslist he sent us to another sales person.Kevin lied about camper and the sales person said something different. At this point we knew this Kevin was trying to scam us with cash payment given to him to make the deal go thru.Service tried the same trick, wanted some cash and I could get the tires I needed done faster she said.Never again will shop there and hope in Hillsville or somewhere else. PLEASE beware of this store!!!
