Camping World in Fayetteville, North Carolina - Total Unprofessional Behavior

We took our Motorhome in for Toilet Repair which was under Good Sam Extended Warranty Service Plan. The Myrtle Beach (501 location) kept replacing parts (one at a time) - each about a month apart to get it fixed. Finally after 5 & 1/2 months it was fixed. However - when we got the motorhome back home and opened it out (slide outs) we found water damage and mold growing in the bedroom floor and beside the living room couch (floor rug). We contacted the maintenance foreman but so far no acceptance for the responsibility of this happening. I do not know what happened and I can only surmise that they had the slides out and did not close them all the way and water seeped in and caused the damage which caused the mold to grow. We lived in the motorhome for over three years with no problems. We stayed in the motorhome a week before I turned it in to the Camping World (501) to get it fixed with no problems except the toilet. We have sent photos to the Maintenance foreman but so far - nothing . Over a week now and soon I will contact HQ's again to try and get it resolved. The Owner of Camping World has stated he will fix problems - but I do not know how to contact him or I would. I bought the Motor Home from Camping World in Fayetteville, NC - and would give it back to them right now if they would only pay it off, and it is theirs AGAIN!!!!! Believe me - I will not buy from Camping World AGAIN !!!!

BOUGHT A 5TH WHEEL AT CAMPING WORLD IN ST GEORGE UT,HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON , ALL SAID ,THEY CHEATED US AND AUTO CLUB OUT OF OVER $1000, IN REPAIRS . TOLD US ALL IS FIXED AS PROMISED"NOT TRUE" IT TURNS OUT MY INSURANCE AGENT WAS A PREVIOUS RV SPECIALIST AND CAUGHT THESE PEOPLE IN A" LIE. " THERE IS A LOT MORE TO THIS , MY WIFE HAS SHED MANY TEARS AND I AM HEART BROKEN .TRUST IN ANY COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THIER WORD. I HOPE MARCUS LEMONIS READS THIS . I THINK THAT NOW YOU HAVE HEARD MY SIDE OF THIS YOU CAN JUDGE FOR YOURSELF WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO SOME BUT NOT ALL. Camping World Mesa, Az Service Dept.

Moved from Ca to Az last year. For several years, the Roseville, Ca CW Service Dept. was the best. Now the opposite end. Since my move in Sept. 2015, I have been to CW Mesa Service Dept. 3x for various reasons. Each visit produced items not worked on, missing exterior panel requiring another visit so they can paint the replacement to match the exterior, (1 hour drive each way), dead coach battery because they did not turn it off, misrepresentations at times of pick up that vehicle was ready when it was not, (no check upon completion of work), poor workmanship, overpriced labor, unreturned calls. Will not return. But guess they don't care because a fool is born every minute.

Camping World - Don't return phone calls

I needed to get Warranty work done ordered by NTSB. Camping world took me in tad resolved it. I am do a refund through Jayco after CWorld filed paper work. They told me it was my responsibility. Now Jayco says they will pay as soon as they get the paperwork. $375.00 The Service person as well as the Service Manage will not return my e mails or phone calls. How do they keep a good paying customer who has spent a lot of money there. I am between a rock and a hard place now. Don't know where to go.

Camping world of Jackson Mississippi has lied about the whole deal drove 240 miles to complete the deal showed us the trl then tried to do a switch on us the salesman lied all the way around called the main headquarters then the dealer called us an tried to get us to come back after we were about 60 miles away all of a sudden they wanted to try another deal all in all they lied all the way around would highly recommend trying another dealership in or around Jackson Mississippi

Company is only interested in one thing getting as much money out of your pocket and into theirs.Labour costs are ridiculous and parts overprice. Marcus the owner is trying to squeeze every cent he can from client's avoid and order from amazon and learn how to fix things yourself. Big rip off joint. True very true they **** **.

Its a loss of time and energy they will move on to the next.

They cant even just call you to tell you an answer you will starve if you wait on them.

Also once i saw an add from them i called and they said the company already had too many interviews lol hummmm not from them thats for sure ...

I bought a camper from Camping World in Lakewood New Jersey and was told that the roof was resealed a year later I have water damage in my camper I called the service department and talk to the service manager who is very rude and obnoxious and told me it was not there problem and hung up on me I would not recommend buying anything from these people I had a professional from another RV dealership check out my roof and was told it was never revealed do not trust them

Never got a chance to deal with them. Sale manager Robert treetop ? Never called me back on information i was requesting. Tried to speak to supervisor Ed, no one seemed to know who Ed was. The receptionist Nancy did give me a supervisor who is not there today, of course !.So I left a long extensive message I do not expect a call back. very bad business tactics being dealt in the industry for five years.

we were told that we would get booster seats for your front seats of our new 2016 thor citation. they give me a run around and never got booster seats. I give them al most 2 months. this was very poor way of doing business. I watch C.E.O. on tv talk about customer service but for this camping world its all about the money. we needed to get some warranty work done that well over month and is still not done. again what happened to customer service. my wife and I spent a lot of money on this rv. but follow up service i really bad and you can,t trust any thing the sales man say.
