Camping World - 2018 travel trailer needed repairs from get go. Awning failed 1st rainfall and has been a month of runarounds from service department. No return phone calls.
we bought the trailer...so very excited...noticed repairs were needed... made an appointment to return with it two weeks later for repairs.
Meanwhile had a camping reservation, rained the 2nd night out and we left automatic awning out as it had a "shock absorber" that was suppose to let water out of awning "automatically"...it failed and the right awning arm was twisted! my husband zip locked it shut and it has been like that for 6 weeks! My husband called the day after we got home from camping trip 6/8 to 6/10...making it 6/11 he called...we dropped the trailer off on 6/13 to have the control panel etc. replaced, repaired, etc.
We had a list of 12 things to be addressed, from trim work to the control panel and the awning damage....we picked up the trailer 2 weeks later...awning still not addressed....was informed the parts were never ordered!
A guy was out sick...would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for parts to come in again...went on a camping weekend that weekend...only to have our inside refrigerator not work...it worked fine on the other 2 camping trips....My husband called last week on 2 different occasions...left voice messages...no call back as of today, 7/16/2018...VERY DISSAPOINTED with the trailer and service department!!! If I could do it again...would not deal with Camping World...WNY
