Purchased new 2017 Eagle HT 26.5 by Jayco on August 31st in Golden Co.Two weeks later on Sept 16th we took it to LongmontCo Campingworld for obviously warranty work.
The Service writer Cameron Peck was nice, it is unimaginable that a two week old trailer require Jayco approval to do the work. The issue was water leaking from fresh water tank. End of October we had scheduled camping we had to take,or trailer and the repair they claimed was completed was not effective. We drove 3.5 miles from Buena Vista Co to campsite with full water tank.
2/3 empty in 3 miles Unacceptable. After needing the trailer in Oct and November we took the trailer back March 29th 2017 to Longmont location again. Again weren't approval required *** step. Why can't Camping Wrld simply enter Vin number to determine warranty work is approved from Jayco.
May 30th we finally got the trailer back. Finally repaired but Service writer Cameron Peck said "this is a known Problem" with This model. They rerouted water lines to repair. This system s way to slow, and unless we don't gaged Service and Service writer c Nstantly for follow up and tomtest dresses ve trailer we had no confidence the work was done.
We in this, process missed 3 camping trip opportunities. Will NEVER take our trailer to Camping World again. Simple suggesting online system for warranty work 2. Hire more service people and work on Saturday and Sunday.
Service is separate from sales I understand the laws in Co abut sales closed on Sunday but ludicrous that service isn't open. You are great at Sales and SUCK at Service!
