Service manager lake city assured me I had to order a part for my 2014 thor thru the factory. Said could not be ordered aftermarket.
This morn I discovered the part they ordered was aftermarket and now I have the same item coming in for the third time as since it was not ordered from factory the first two times and will not work or fit, I was assured by my parts clerk this morn it will be from factory and work. If i have to order number 4 it will come off a new unit on their lot.
Unit has spent more time waiting on parts or supposed authorization from factory than on the road. I now question the delay by the factory for repairs as it may have just been the scape goat from lies by service manager
