Service manager lake city assured me I had to order a part for my 2014 thor thru the factory.Said could not be ordered aftermarket.

This morn I discovered the part they ordered was aftermarket and now I have the same item coming in for the third time as since it was not ordered from factory the first two times and will not work or fit, I was assured by my parts clerk this morn it will be from factory and work. If i have to order number 4 it will come off a new unit on their lot.

Unit has spent more time waiting on parts or supposed authorization from factory than on the road.I now question the delay by the factory for repairs as it may have just been the scape goat from lies by service manager
