I took my 2013 Voltage in for serive at the Golden, Colorado Camping World. They had it for a couple of weeks and fixed everything perfectly!! I really am impressed with the service!! GREAT JOB CAMPING WORLD!!

Stopped at camping world oxford to fill tanks with propane. Very unhelpful and would not fill our tanks unpleasant sales and service people. Do not use this place

DO NOT deal with this location. Sales is great but they lie. Service - forget about it. When you drive off the lot you are on your own. I bought a new 2016 Thor and the things I pointed out on pick up to be repaired didn't happen. They had the parts, confirmed with Thor, but after more than a dozen calls to service over an additional 3 weeks, never a call back. Called Thor again and had the warranty transferred to Colfax. They did do the work but they don't return calls either so keep calling until you get someone. In the mean time I bought a tow bar set up and had CW of Raleigh do that work, they were responsive so I called them later for a repair and again no call back. Right now, with 6,400 miles it is dead needing a tow to a Ford dealer for some electronics problem. By the way, the cab is a 2015 and I was told it was a 2016. Camping World is not winning my loyalty and my next purchase will not be through them. For reading other reviews, they have a theme nationwide of no service after the sale, not returning calls, and just being annoyed at customers, over priced parts and service, and making customers wait weeks or months to get their rigs back. I live in mine, I'm a traveling consultant, so I'm not leaving it anywhere unless I stay with it. Figure out what you want to buy then buy it anywhere else.

We took our 2016 Jayco Travel Trailer to Camping World Albuquerque. Our furnace quit on us (Cold). They fixed the furnace stating that it was from the MFG not crimping a wire hard enough. When we got home the following was found; Radio did not work, Carbon Mono detector did not work, the USB plugins did not work all caused by a blown fuse, but the worse of it was my furnace louvers solid oak grating was scratched badly with saw dust on the floor and the counter was scratched, possibly by putting a tool on it. VERY VERY bad....Let's see what the service MGR will do. IF not I have a good attorney.

Camping World - Horrible Company

We have been customers of Camping World for 10 years, bought 2 campers through them. One year ago, we had an insurance claim, and they did the work for us. We signed a direction to pay with our insurance company, and they paid Camping World directly for the repairs (over $6000) We picked up our camper in April of 2016, and used it all summer. Three weeks ago, CW took over $1400 out of our account, without our knowledge - at first they said it was for repairs that they didnt do, but were owed. All the repairs had been done (with the exception of a small decal) Then they backtracked and said it was for repairs they were not paid for. They have yet to produce an "estimate" for the additional repairs. Why would be we charged? Its and insurance claim. They have not returned calls to us or to our insurance company to discuss. They are refusing to return our $1400. Unethical, unprofessional and extremely rude managers who lie and are deceitful . Never doing business with them again. Be warned and stay away

Camping World - Don't Expect Your Trailer Back for Months

Sales staff was excellent but that is to be expected when making a sale. It's after the sale that matters and I suggest you go elsewhere to have your trailer serviced. They have had ours for over almost 2 months for minor warranty fixes. We were supposed to have it back in Fall but will most likely not see it until Spring. I'm really not sure what their service people do all day after reading the other reviews. We were forgotten about and given excuses for their lack of communication when and only when we contacted THEM for a status update. We have gotten the runaround for almost 2 months now and are considering going to pick it up unfinished and taking it elsewhere.

I just received a briefcase 40 w solar panel I ordered from CW and it did not include the carrying case that was supposed to be included. I called support and they said that model does not include a carrying case. I was looking at their website while talking to support and told them the images they have on THEIR website for this model does show a carrying case. She agreed the ad did show a carrying case, but they do not include one. I told her this was false advertisement, and she just asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. The carrying case was the reason I ordered this panel from CW rather than another site. So much for believing what their ad says!

I called the service adviser and asked how long would it take to get a recall on the switch gear ( for the generator) fixed and a new awning installed. He said we are not busy probably two to three weeks. I dropped the fifth wheel off on 10/12, the whole time it was at the shop I did not receive any progress calls. I had to initiate all the communication, I call after ninth day it was at the shop, I called and was told the awning was ordered and the adviser had to check with another department about ordering the switch, meaning the switch was not order yet. I called back after another 11/4 I was told the switch should be in Friday next week, he said they had a conformation number on the awning but it was never shipped and it should be in Friday too. I called back on 11/14 I was told the switch was installed but the awning had holes in it and they expedited another awning and it is on it's way. I get a call on 11/28 my fifth wheel is ready. When I get there I paid the bill and they pulled my fifth wheel around so I could pick it up, first thing I notice was the the break away switch was pulled out meaning the fifth wheel's brakes should be engaged, unless the battery is totally dead which it was, the knocked a quarter size plug out of the gel-coat ( where the fork lift would hit) The Service Manager was inspecting it he said he had to look at the pictures that was taken when it arrived, I said they didn't take pictures while I was there. I guess they took picture at sometime, he said it wasn't in the picture and they would fix it, which is nice but it will never be the same. The problem I have is the 274.00 battery was completely dead they should take care of the customer's equipment, which I have to take the camper to a different store to have the gel-coat fixed and let them check the battery too. In short I don't think it takes almost 2 month to complete this little bit of work, I think the people just don't care it seems to be the issues, no pride at all. I will never take my fifth wheel to any Camper Worlds again the price you are charged you could get a mobile repair man do it.

I can't believe that NASCAR is even associated w/ this POS of an organzination ... if this is a complete company that is concerned about repeat and referral business ,less alone CSI ... they need to fire everybody from the head down ,change their name and pray that they will never be associated w/ the previous company.... If the Golden co. Dealership staff from the GM down are not even mediately dismissed if I was a stock holder I would jump ship from this incredibly horrendously designed corporation ... If you can't get a hold of a associate you get transferred to a calling center or n which I'm on day 15 waiting to get that call back so today when I called and was transferred to the call center I refused to leave a message... and called back to camping world GOLDEN CO. Where a operator @ best answered and when Parts didn't answer I was told "well I guess there just busy" in dismay of that comment I insisted that I could talk to the store mgr.. which one would think that you would get a live body .... but oh know this Adult arcade operator @ best transfers me to DONS THE " " store MGR . V-Mail in which it has been over 24 hrs and still haven't received a phone call back ... nor have had my concerns dealt w/ ... I hope Don likes selling J-Johns BC you have NO business being a MGR.. of a billion dollar a year franchise!!!
