I have received the worst customer service by your company I was flat out ignored by your customer service team after not shipping my item for 9 days after I was told I would have it in 5 to. 7 days. I asked several times to have my item RUSH rush shipped paying for extra even as I needed this item. I was told after asking 5 times it shipped and here is tracking. Did not even acknowledge my request. Then I received a 15% off email in the middle of all this which I wanted applied to my order because it hasn't shipped again was not even acknowledged flat out ignored. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and never in my life have I seen worse customer service. I am reporting this to the better business bureau and any and all reviews I find about your company I will pass along my story. Never again will I order from this company and will make sure everyone I know does not either.

Camping World Failures & Fraud warranty!

We are very clean people who take great care of our things, especially what was meant to be a short-lived full-time home-on-wheels.We bought our Heritage Glen Lite fifth wheel from Camping World StG, Ut who shipped it from Indiana. It was intended for travel but we have never been able to make it anymore than a couple hrs out of town. Great concept/floor plan, terrible terrible workmanship!! These guys are all about pumping out quantity not QUALITY! The day we drove home with it, the wall was warped, staples all coming out, thermostat popping out, trim breaking. We noticed it, called Camping World, they said not to worry because its a very easy fix and we just need to bring it in. We make an appointment, bring it in, (a month later) and had 20+ other problems with it but have only had it parked in 3 different locations where is has just sat! Walls falling apart, screws all coming out everywhere, trim & glue coming undone, infestation of bugs and spiders get through the slides and we have had it professionally sprayed twice plus our own insect killer! Leaves, rain, mud, you name it, it gets in through the slides! The curtain rods came off the wall, the blinds broke, the fridge went out multiple times, the tank sensors dont read properly, the water pump went out twice, the cheap thin plywood benches at dining area broke through. I could go on and on, the slide outside has the trim warping and coming off so outside elements can come inside, the DVD player gets too warm during a movie and skips or pauses brand new DVDs. The Propane line had a small leak. The front jacks have gone out over 7 times in 3 months, we had to manually crank them each time and replace the fuses, once the crank broke too! All the doors are on uneven and warped so they dont shut properly, and those are getting worse! The handle on front door jams. Absolutely zero insulation! Paper thin walls, you can hear people whisper from 30 feet away outside. All the floor vents bent and damaged when we purchased it and it was supposed to be brand new! Even with all of this ridiculous stuff happening, we would let it all roll off our shoulders if the 8 year warranty we bought on top of the 1 yr, actually helped... but we have been waiting MONTHS for help to fix it and the last time we took it in, Camping World let it sit in there for almost 1 entire week without doing a single repair! They had all kinds of excuses, AFTER telling us how 'easy it all was to fix and should only take a day to two!' And the guy says, "you know, dont hesitate to just fix these repairs yourself, you dont have to worry about me voiding your warranty, just fix them yourself." Wow!!! Just wow... that is NOT what Customer Service is, and certainly not what a Warranty is for! Money already came out of our pocket for THEIR failures & the careless manufacturing craftsmanship! Then upon getting our 5th wheel back from them, we were told we would have to travel 4 hours to get our repairs done because they had a guy walk out on the job and also were incapable of fixing things due to various reasons and one being that it was their "busy season" completely unprofessional! Parts apparently take a seriously extended amount of time from the manufacturer. This is a traggic loss for us and what we had hoped for in our purchase and the poor service we have recieved after the purchase was made. They only cared when they wanted it sold, and once we bought, we recognized how differently we were treated and how careless this company/manufacturer actually is. This is more than a rip off this is a total scam & fraud as far as selling an unfinished model that was not properly fixed, & a 1 yr & 8yr warranty that has not done a thing to help us in our situation that is literally fall apart all around us. Camping World should be addressing these issues professionally and not just considering their SALES but also their Clients who bought and are still paying them for their purchases/warranty for all repairs, rather than just take our money and neglect their customers. We feel completely baffled by Camping World and the manufacturer they swore to be one of the best in quality. We want to stop being told we will be all taken care of with no problems, and actually see something done. This shouldnt be happening to so many people.

Sounds like you need to make a call to the company that made the camper, They should be able to help you fix the camper.

Camping WOrld Service SUCKS!

Motor home was dropped off for appointment on March 3 set there for 7 weeks the After several calls was told parts on order.Had to use on 2nd week end in May and picked up and was told to bring back for appointment set May 12th dropped off and waited til June 17th still no repair. Called Thor and was told no parts ordered then called 17 times and to this date no return call. So sad that the man who owns also has TV show the Profit and he tries to so how to run a very organized business yet his own is ran so BAD. I finally gave up and took it to Candys camping in Murfreesboro and it was fixed in 2 days. Basically saying don't buy from Camping Word if you are wanting service on your RV.

Same deal 6 month fixing my brand new 2018 SEISMIC to tell me that JAYCO had sent them the wrong part. Called JAYCO and they advised me that dealers do that to cover for their mistakes.WOW

Camping world isn’t worth a f—k. The manager is a piece of *** nothing but excuses and lies come out of their mouth!!

They promise a lot but when it’s time to deliver they don’t!

I went there because of how they said there service is so great. It sounds good, but don’t believe anything they say!!!

Called camping world to have my travel trailer inspected and wheel bearings packed. They said it would take 45 days!

Called another shop in the same town and they asked if I wanted to leave it or wait while they worked on it.

They’ve been that way for years. Last time it took 60 days to make appointment and two weeks for a state inspection.

Bought a camper May 3o,2017. Has been a train wreck from the start. Went to get my plates today and have no title or title info. This place is a joke. Will NEVER go back there.

I'm having the same problem. We bought our new RV on July 19th.

We have been told a couple of times the paperwork needed to get a tag has been sent. Management blamed the back up on the state I live in. The email from the office employee blames it on her "heavy work load".

Tomorrow makes a week that I was told it was going out via UPS "overnight". We shall see how much longer it will take.

Camping World - Credit for $30 Good Sam Coupon

I recently renewed my Good Sam membership for an additional 3 yrs. Good Sam sent me a $30 coupon for Camping World for renewing for three yrs., so I placed a $130 order over the phone with Camping World. Upon checking out I was told that in order to use the coupon I needed to send the coupon to the Bowling Green headquarter office with my order number written on the coupon and it would be credited back to my credit card. I was told this procedure was to prove that I actually made the purchase and that I was entitled to the $30 credit? I tried to do it over the internet, but the internet would not allow me to enter the Good Sam coupon, so I called the Camping World order line and was told the above procedure, and told it was a quick turn around. Not really understanding the reasoning behind this procedure, I followed directions and mailed the coupon that day with the order # on it that day. I have yet to receive any refund for this $30 Good Sam coupon. Where is it Camping World?

Camping World - No show lied cost hundreds

Ordered an a/c on the 17th of July. Still hadn't shipped by the 27th. Made multiple un returned phone calls and an email. Finally received an email apologizing and stating the ac would ship and arrive next day air. Three days later still not shipped. I replaced both acs and it cost me an extra 600 and they lost more than a thousand in revenue. If you full time or actually need the product your ordering DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Tried contacting camping works in Katy several times to ask questions about my new trailer. I've been hung up on spoken to in a very rude manner and flat out told I just need to call the manufacturer. The latest call was to find out the lug pattern on my trailer wheels. I asked for service Dept and was transferred to a person that schedules service. She did not even know who the manufacturer for my sierra was. She asked me to tell her and she was going to give me the number to forest river so I could call them myself. I then asked to speak to someone that could help me and that's when she got rude and hung up the phone.

Camping World in Pooler, Georgia - Service Dept Complaint

We purchased a brand new 2015 Thor Ace Rv from Camping World. We have used their service dept and it is a nightmare. They called us 3 different times to come pick up our rv saying it was ready. 3 times after driving 35 miles one way, they say it is not ready. I plan to get rid of our rv and never do business again hopefully with this company that has an awful service dept that treats you like you are bothering them if they speak to you at the desk. When calling to check status in your rv, they won't pick up their phones and they won't call you back most times.

Camping World in Cocoa, Florida - Rip me off

I went to Camping World in cocoa beach, Florida July of 2016 to get for the first time my little popup (really, all my life dream). How nice everybody there was with me, of course they are going to rip me off to sell me a popup with a messy floor, that of course I don't know it was, I thought the way the floor feel was normal. My little trailer cost me $5,000 and now a year later they want to charge me almost $4,000 to fix the floor, an 8' x 10' popup. I never feel so violated in my life, right in my face. Of course you will never win with a big Compny like this one. A lot of sacrifice we have to made to have a little dream comes true and a big monster like Camping World, take it away. I'll never ever going to forget this. I will going to sell my popup in nothing and start from 0 again, tent. Thanks Camping World for break my little dream. God bless you all.

Camping World - Warranty issue

Camping world has our fifth wheel in the shop for three weeks. Never bother to give us a call to let us know if the rv was repaired or what. Most of our calles go into voicemail with no results. Then we were told that Jacob denied the repair. Let's not forget that it is a 2017 North Point and we purchased it in Campingworld on Draper. With an extendet warranty. We finally ended up calling Jaco factory to get the help that we needed. We are so disappointed in Camping World.
