Bought a Thor RV Motorhome May 31st 2017, today is Sept 18, 2017 the Motorhome has been back to CAMPING WORLD 3 times and needs to go back again for the same Electrical Problem...To me it's like ( give me your money) and get the *** out of my life and stay out of my life) That is how I feel...Called Thor Corporate they were -0- help. STAY AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD AND THOR RV MOTOR HOMES. OH, they say all the right things but of little value. We bought a brand new RV instead of a used RV, so that we would have no problems - now I realize that may have been a mistake. At 70 years old -Our $70,000 was hard to come buy but it was a dream for a long time, now it is a NIGHTMARE.!

Camping World - Rude customer representives and manager

I ordered a kayak online and 6 days passed and no shipping info or tracking number provided. I needed to know where is my kayak and called the customer service. Entire conversations were rude and not helpful and I asked to speak with a manager after calling customer service three times. She was more rude and She told me to cancel the order so that I don't need to deal with them instead of helping me. I only need the information for the item. They blamed on their vender because the vender doesn't pick up phone. The kayak should be delivered 5-7days. They don't take any responsibility and very rude customer service. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING from Camping world.

Camping World - Hidden Fees

Was just about to buy a camper there but found out they wait until you come pick up your new trailer and then spring a $1200 fee on you. You either pay it or they unwind the deal and you go away without a camper. Most people just put up with it and pay because they have a trip planned, don't want to disappoint the kids etc. Hate last second surprises and folks who. Precursor of things to come later when do business with such folk. If a dealer is going to do this during the honeymoon period you can only imagine what will happen down the line when you need them. Maybe trying anyone else than CW.

Camping World in Chichester, New Hampshire - Terrible!!!!

Purchased another RV and had satellite installed. It never worked from day one. Took it back and they said it shorted out because I had to install the receiver. When the tech took connecter from the wall the wire to the satellite was not even connected. They refused to replace the satellite saying it was my fault. I don't understand their reasoning as it was never connected to the satellite. Also paid for two connections and he only did one. Also purchased at time of agreement was a wiring harness for our Invisa brake system. When we went to pick up the unit that was not done so we had to wait three hours for a tech to take out the harness from the unit we traded and install it in the new rig. I paid for that New harness as well. No money was ever refunded. This was Campingworld NH

New pop up had parts missing and items broken and was dirty inside and out...2 weeks in service they tried to give it back saying it was fixed and cleaned...it wasnt..we complained and they kept it for a few more days..fixed two items..other parts 4 to 6 weeks..still filthy dirty... and another part seemed damaged..we got accused of being nit picky when we asked for some money back on $195 prep fee...finally service director reluctantly gave us 50 giftcard...we got the camper home and the battery was completely dead and our propane tanks were opened...we could hear the co2 monitor beeping while the pop up was down! We feel totally unhappy..service was too busy to give a crap..they just didnt seem to care...many more observations about terrible service there..just don't have the time to write a major essay....

Bought new thor gemini from cw avl..put about 1000 miles on it,brought back for service/repair.. Was told to pick it up in 7 days..waited 10 days..had not even been brought inside to begin. When i complained,was told they were/are too busy t o work on it...had no time frame and not apologetic

Never Again Will I Buy An RV @ Camping World

I was looking to buy a 2018 Wildcat 32WB. Found one online at Camping World in Katy TX. After viewing it on line and speaking to a salesman, the salesman told me that the same model with a different VIN had just been reduced by corporate. Like who wouldn't want to save a couple thousand dollars? Little did I know the issues I was about to have! After walking the trailer and doing paperwork I had 3 item list of things needing fixed. A *** Bolt for the awning missing, a Strap on the refrigerator broken and a vent bug screen missing I paid to have installed. That's all I noticed at the time. Little did I know the landing gear did not work properly (the holes in the leg don't line up so the pin doesn't go all the way through the leg) and the screen door latch was broken. It has been a month and no repairs have been made. I also wonder if they knew this trailer had issues and that's why they had me buy it instead! Hurricane or not, they have made promises that they don't seem to be willing to keep! I also feel as though once they got my money and the contract signed I was no longer a priority to them. I have fixed the vent bug screen and the other items are available on their website! If you can believe that! I am ordering the parts I need and plan on fixing it myself. At least that way I know it will get fixed! But, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AN RV @ CAMPING WORLD!

Went to store in mesquite tx two weeks ago to look at toy hauler have owned quite a few coaches An trailers knew what I wanted they had it in inventory got a price settled on it put deposit on it told them I had LLC in Montana wanted to title in Montana pick up unit yesterday paid cash took it home had been home about 30 minutes got a call from finance lady told I had to pay Texas taxes or bring trailer back I ended up paying taxes told it was a corporate policy was not told that two weeks ago or would not have purchased it their when back today to resign paper work I was still complaining was told if I didn't like Texas to move so with this attitude I will never buy from camping world again An I will let all my friends know about this we travel a lot An always have people asking where bought from

in feb 2016 i bought a NEW RV. A Thor 22fe freedom elit.not only was it not new,it was used,and it had been damaged. it took awhile to igure it out,but i did. i filed a complaint with the state atty general,and the fl dept of agriculture.they give them a license to opperate. im going to have this vehicle wrapped telling people what they did to this disabled veteran,and drive around the country,to every camping world and drive away thier buisness if they dont make this right. dont get ripped off,go buy elsewhere.this rv had been licensed and tagged for ten months prior to me buying it. i watched new rvs leave thier lot and not one of them has an metql plate,good for two months. camping world screwed me big time! the sales person was Brock.

I had my rv refrigerator go out just before labor day weekend and called the service desk and got Tyler( sorry I dont know his last name) he was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and worked hard to get my problem solved, not only did he get back to me asap after every step of what was going on, talking to the technicans, dealing with the warranty people, he scheduled me for repair, I was in and out and am very pleased with my refrigerator and am going camping this weekend! There are not alot of good service people anymore so it is awesome to find one at Camper World!
