Camping World - Issue with fridge never fixed

Brought in my brand new RV that was purchased in Price for a warranty issue with the fridge, i did not want to drive all the way to Price for that. They kept my RV forever, and every time i called to check i got the runaround and attitude to boot, they said they were waiting on parts. To make a long story short, my wife was looking over it this past weekend and found the fresh water plug missing, they apparently lost it when they were winterizing the RV. I stopped by to pick one up and after telling the guy who helped me what happened he pointed me to the cashier to pay for it. He also gave me the wrong plug. We had to buy one from ACE. My wife took the RV out this weekend and found out that they actually never fixed the issue with the fridge. We decided to just not deal with them again and took the RV back to where we purchased it, to be repaired. I have been to Camping world twice and each time i felt uneasy. They talk to you as if you are a nuisance. Even the young lady manning the register looked uninterested in her job, blowing and popping loud bubble gum while talking to customers. Terrible customer service all around.

Bought my camper in Feb took to campground March 1 march 5 took it back do to fireplace not working slide hitting cabint door trim pieces falling off screen door not latching and ceiling falling down. I pick my camper back up on March 30 trim piece was still falling off cabinet door has a bunch of screw holes and the cabinet door wasnt fixed where the slide was hitting it. I had a trip to go on for easter so i told them i would bring it back on my trip my awning started falling off so i take it back on April 2 on April 19 i go pick it everything fixed besides the *** load of screw holes in the cabinet door and now damage done to the front compartment door that happen while in there. Service guy told me to take and he would call me when the door comes in. Today May 1 i took camper and dropped it off they replaced the door but did not replace the trim piece and the breaker brake box is melted. Not only im paying for the camper and ins but also lot rent on the river and only got to use the camper 3 times the rest of the time its been at camping world of chattanooga

They will not give us broken parts and missing privacy curtain for a brand new camper. They will not return phone calls. They have not completed the clear coat that was an additional cost. Still waiting after a month. New camper (brand new) and still have not gone camping a month later. Still waiting on Camping World.

Camping World - No Customer Service

Fayetteville Camping World has had our camper in for repair starting March 8th, we have gotten the run around ever sense. I text the Corp. office and Dennis has been trying to help but Fayetteville is hopeless. We are suppose to start our volunteer hosting by the 15th May. We keep calling but they want call and tell when it will be repaired. When we left our camper cw rep. said it would take about two weeks to get the get the ok from the extended insurance company and get the parts in. Now cw said she no longer works there and gave us Ashley as the service and she alwayes has an excuse if she even calls us back. If i ran my business this way i would be out of business, bad management starts at the top.

Camping World in Georgetown, Kentucky - Poor Service!

Last Fall we took our class c camper into Camping World-Georgetown, Kentucky because the camper was leaking. We were told that we needed to seal the entire front of the unit, which we payed to have done, and brought the camper home. We found then that it was still leaking. We took the camper back as it was suggested that the top on the camper needed resealing. We had this done. And were told that the camper was ready to be picked up. We drove the 50 or so miles back to Camper World, only to discover that the area where the leak was discovered was still wet! We were then told that they would find the leak at no additional cost to us. We were told that they resealed the around the front window of the until, and around the clearance lights. This evidently did the trick, as it doen't seem to be leaking anymore. We again brought the camper home, only to find that they had unlocked and evidently gone through all of the under camper storage areas. There was no reason for them to even be in those areas. When they resealed the roof, they broke the radio antenna, and left a window open over the bunk which caused the curtain to blow open during a rain storm causing the curtain to be ruined. We have contacted Camping World yet again and was told that they would contact us on Friday, April 27th to let us know what they were going to do about this problem. To date we have not heard from them, and we figure that they are just going to blow this whole matter off. Buyer beware!

Camping World in Richmond, Indiana - Beware when purchasing accessories

Beware when you purchase items/accessories at camping world. I had purchased extra sewer hose and ended up not needing it and returned the items unused and unopened with my receipt never expecting to be told that they will have to issue me a check for the return of my money! What! I paid with cash. The purchase total only $107 and they want to issue me a check! I didn’t pay with a check, credit card or a bank check card. I paid with cash!! It’s only $107 Was told that was their policy. No where, not even on the receipt, does it say that is their policy. I returned the items 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They don’t have $107 in a register? Not a “happy camper”. You need to tell people, put that policy on your receipts, post a sign at the checkout registers or something.

Im still recieving mail from banks they ran my name threw so far theyve dropped my credit score 35 point and i never told to to even run my credit i was still thinking about my decision to buy! Tony and his financial crew up there are gold diggers. Do not go there.

26 things wrong brand new bought in 2017october. It is now may 2018.I have yet to see my camper. Meanwhile im making payments. Paying insurance. And nothing still. Called corporate office another run around. Its a raptor. Called them another run around. Do not purchase from camping world ever if you ever want to camp tracel and enjoy cause your lucky if you get to do that with these people. Salesman got his commission and moved on to another sucker with all the promises of how great they are. Rating is a big fat 0from start to finish.
